Order arrived at 18:15. Ice cream missing. I promise I'll be back with the ice cream in half an hour, he says. An hour later I ring them to ask where it is. It's on its way. Another hour later I ring again. They're very busy. Dessert finally arrives at 20:25, 2 hours 10 minutes after the rest of the order. Utterly unacceptable. Not the first time but definitely the last. Shocking way to treat your customers.

Took over an hour to arrive and was actually marked as delivered on the order tracking 20 minutes before it arrived stone cold. Our oven is broken so we were unable to reheat it. I called to ask where the order was as it has been falsely marked as delivered and the person on the phone just kept repeating it's on the way".I complained via the website and was told only the store can refund so have a free large pizza code which I do not want as I don't want to ever order from this store again and appears to be the only one in Ipswich.From reading the reviews this place clearly needs to be taken over by different management or shut down completely."

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Kept hanging up phone when trying to explain we wanted a refund as they had gotten the food wrong, rude on the phone when talking, constantly hanging up, was 2 hours late. Disgusting customer service, won’t be ordering again and will definitely be telling people to not order from here!!!

A truly awful experience, so bad that I can only assume this particular franchise is a money laundering front. That's the only possible explanation because if it was a genuine business it would be one of the worst in the world. I doubt the owner cares enough to read the reviews but I would like to know, if it is genuine, how things are so bad.Nearly 2 hours for delivery, called after 1 hour to ask where it is and was told it had just left. took another 50 minutes to get here and I live less than 10 minutes away so that was clearly a lie.When it eventually arrived it was obviously stone cold. I don't mind cold pizza so that wasn't even the biggest problem, what turned up was one of the worst excuses for a pizza I have ever seen. A supposed thin crust that looked more like a quiche. Chicago residents would have complained about the thickness.Do yourself a favour and do not order from here.

I ordered a few times from here. I am happy with their pizza and their service. Recently, I ordered online “after” their store was closed, due to incorrect information about store opening times on their website. When I reported this issue to the store manager Harry, he apologised and made a note to fix the website and also politely offered me a voucher to compensate the amount deducted incorrectly due to the website glitch.

It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive. It was marked as delivered half an hour before I received it, making me think that it was delivered to the wrong person. I ended up ordering from another restaurant after waiting an hour so that I would not go hungry, which turned out to be a waste of food as both meals arrived at the same time. I will not be using this location again.

Horrendous customer service. Took nearly a week and a bit to get a refund back after having to chase down people and email head office.Ran out of vegan cheese, said they were not able to process a refund in store as they had no access to money apparently. Staff are absoulty clueless and manager didn't bother to come out and speak, poor girl on the till had to keep going back and fourth. Said we would cancel the order and then the staff marked it as complete meaning it made getting my money back all the more complicated.Then got a call 15 minutes later saying they randomly had vegan cheese again? Where from? If you have no access to money you didnt go out and buy it did you? After we had already sorted out other dinner plans by then.Got messed about and the process to get my money back was shocking, shouldn't of had to chase down people.Avoid!!!!!

Shocking service. Over 1 hour 20 for delivery. No body answered our calls to check on delivery so we ended up ordering from another pizza firm who were able to deliver in 15 minutes. Complete waste of money. Will not use again.

Would avoid at all costs.Waited over an hour after placing an order online, called the store and the person hung up on me, called again and was put through to the manager to be told they hadn't got my order. No apology, nothing offered to be done about this and I was just told to contact Customer services and wait 2 weeks for a refund!I have no food and am out of pocket without so much as an apology. Won't be ordering again!

The jokers that run this place, honestly. Really annoying little things like running out of dips. Or not using the tracking function properly so you never know when it is actually on the way. Papa John's pizzas are great, but the folk that run this restaurant arnt
