I phoned MTMVapes to ask for some advice and if they had a HorizonTech Falcon tank in stock. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and friendly, with great knowledge of the product. I went down to the shop, which was a lovely little shop set out with stools at the counter, a cozy couch and chairs to just sit and vape. A warm friendly atmosphere! The gentleman gave me great advice and nothing was to much trouble. Outstanding customer service!! I will definitely be returning again. Would definitely recommend this place...

Awesome vape shop in a perfect location prices are cheaper than other places in Coventry and also better quality .The owner isIs very knowledgeable about his stock and his beard is nearly as good as mine !! Perfect overall very friendly and inviting !!!! ❤❤

This is simply the best Vape shop I have been to. Being relative newbies have sometimes been made to feel like a bit of a pain in certain shops however here they cannot be more helpful and patient! They have a massive range of flavours all set up to try and will suggest ones based on the ones we normally buy - they even remembered exactly wjat we had 3 weeks after our previous purchase. Really friendly and couldnt recommend enough.

Lovely shop with great personal service.I had trouble with deliveries, no fault of the shop owners, so they personally brought the goods over themselves as I was unable to get there. I won't shop anywhere else.

There’s an abundance of vape shops in Coventry, however MTM is unique. They will help you build help you choose the right thing for you. They have lots of flavours top quality brands too. Hundreds of Mods pens and tanks all fairly priced.The owner and his wife are both nice also.You can go in a chill for an hour, not pressured to buying anything, have a coffee & chat.Recommended!!
