6 out of 8 items arrived damaged. It looks like the courier company ( Tuffnells ) have kicked the packages all the way up the M6 to Scotland lolBuilders Marketplace are working to resolve the issue.(It's only been 15 mins since delivery arrived)I'll update my review pending the final outcome.

2 x phenolic boards and paint 2-5 days delivery.Due to no contact apart from thanks for you order and money, non delivery on the 5th day, a couple of failed phone calls and oh yeah, an invite to review a service that apparently hadn’t even left the yard, it was down to 1 star, (alarm bells were starting to ring)The only things that have earned 4 stars and rescued a poor review was a very helpfull service advisor called Molly and pleasant and polite delivery driver. Builders marketplace take note these two deserve a pay rise.Would I use again?? Possibly yes but keeping a closer eye on the progress of the order.

Brought 35m2 of composite decking in 2020, all of it has split and failed, contacted the company about a guarantee of 5 years which was offered at the time only to be told by the Director that the company was in admistration and I won’t see any kind of refund. BEWARE you will be sold a load of rubbish with no chance of getting your money back when it fails…

Total incompetence of admin led to my order, AND PAYMENT being put through twice. Despite them receiving the 2 panels, back I still have not received a refund after 2 months.Photos on the website were also misleading and information incomplete which led to the wrong width of boards in the panelling. Delivery was on time but panels damaged, probably by the carrier as only one man to handle the heavy panels.They owe me £170+ and still no reply from accounts and phones not answered. AM I GOING TO GET A RESPONSE??

Ordered 2 sheets of the White Faced Hardboard 3.2mm, the day after the expected delivery date I chase customer services (3 attempts and 45mins on the phone)to find out when the goods will be delivered and to my surprise I was informed that the goods have been delivered to my house late the night before but with no notification from the delivery company or Builders Marketplace!!! which meant the wood had sat damp outside all night and unusable (see photos) i was offered no replacement material and a pathetic 5% off my next order, i would not order from this company again

Fantastic service ! When deciding ideas for home improvement and buying the right materials Wow so confusing! it was such a relief to phone up Merchanting as they had the product I have been searching for on line and the best priced products great! I was met by a friendly professional Lady who after listening to my enquiries about the best products and measuring guidelines she was great knew exactly what I needed for the job ! Thank youWhen my products arrived the delivery Man was very polite and professional and carried all the products and put them in a safe place for me nothing was to much trouble genuinely took an interest and discussed product information and advice and ensured I was happy with my products ! Thank you fantastic services clearly experts in their field and quality products will use these people again !

If I could give a zero I would! Ordered two wheelie bins on the Sunday and had an email saying it was being processed. Didn't hear anything else so I emailed them on the Wed and was told the goods would be with me by the end of the week. No tracking details sent to me. My parents waited in all day Thurs and all day Friday. I emailed AGAIN on Friday to find out where they were. No reply. I then got an email asking if my order was ok and it hadn't even been delivered. I rang them and emailed them but it was closed so left a message asking for someone to call me on Sat....and AGAIN, nobody bothered. I rang them only to be told that they were in the Plymouth depot. I also got a call from them telling me the HARD BOARD that I had ordered wasn't loaded so they wouldn't be able to deliver it. I didn't order any hard board!!! So that is someone else's order messed up as well. I eventually got the tracking details only to find it had never left THEIR depot!!!! I emailed them about this and received an email back saying they had lost them and had no more in stock!!!! Absolutely rubbish (no pun intended)from start to finish. Total joke!!!! Waiting for my refund so I wonder how long that is going to take!!!! I shan't hold my breath!!!

Very happy with service, product and price. The lady who took my order over the phone was friendly and very helpful, also when I had to amend the delivery instructions. Delivery was on time. My balcony, with its new wooden floor, looks great. Thank you.

Hi I would like to thank your team for the outstanding work and delivery time and all the help as I was let down by another company. You even got my delivery to me 3 days earlier and when needing more clips you got them to me the next day by 11 o'clock. Thank you again on what I can only say is a brilliant product good quality.
