Came in during the week after reading the good reviews. The physio was really professional and friendly, identified my issue pretty much instantly and gave me a range of exercises to work on.My only piece of advice would be to perhaps have cards that can either be handed out with exercises on, as I was given around 10 exercises to do and was expected to remember all of them. I think it would be a nice little touch.
