I joined a year ago and have never felt more welcomed and supported. Alison is down to earth and friendly and her social team are so friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the social team support and encouragement each week I probably would have lost interest. During the pandemic and various restrictions Alison and her team have adapted and still offered an amazing service. The social pages run by Alison and social team are great, I get lots of inspiration and support from there.

Very friendly group who welcome you and make you feel at ease. Staying to group is an asset as it allows you to share ideas and ask for advice in a non judge mental atmosphere. The consultant is first class and very encouraging as well as listening to any concerns you have and offering support and making you feel important. I joined the group and have almost lost 1.5 stone. I would not have been able to sustain this without the support and encouragement. Go on take that first step, you won't regret it.

As some one who suffers from anxiety and other health concerns, I have been made to feel very welcome from day one and in a short 6 weeks have lost 20lbs. Highly Recommend - Alison is a fab consultant, very friendly and approachable which has helped coming to class to be weighed alot easier for me!

Alison always makes you feel welcome and supported at her SW group. I wouldn't want to attend another group as, in my opinion, they are not as good as Alison's groups.

Lovely consultant. Very friendly group. No shaming and ALWAYS listens to ideas and thoughts of others. Having been to other sw groups, alison definitely appreciates struggles with weight & sympathises with members, encouraging you. No lectures, no embarrassment and defo always an open door.

Alison is a friendly person who puts her all into each of her members. If you need her help or support she always gets back to you as soon as she can. This isn't just a job for Alison it's her mission to help people.Each of Alison's groups are all very welcoming and friendly. I have lost 2½ stone with Alisons help and guidance and have full faith I will be getting another 2½ stone to get to my Target with Allison's support soon.
