Very friendly lots of good souvenirs.

I got a cup of coffee and stopped by in the morning. Very kind people and plenty of jackets and souvenirs. Bobble heads looked cute as well as small goodies for the family.

Excellent shop, with a lovely products about all Liverpool and Beatles of course, and different offers to choose. People very nice, always pending of you in case you need anything. If I back to Liverpool definitely I know where buy souvenirs. I recommend it.

I came into this morning at around 10.55 AM to shop for souvenirs as my previous experience in another Asian-owned souvenir shop in Liverpool had been bad.I was after keyrings/chains and was torn between two versions. Before i could get comfortable and make up my mind, the shop owner/assistant (Asian woman wearing a headscarf, medium build, wearing a green jumper) came over to the area I was in, stood a few feet from me and stared me down/monitored me.Because I didn't want to stay in the store any longer (due to this weird stare-down I was being put through), I grabbed a few of the keychains I wanted (she moved to the tills as I did so), paid and left.What a rubbish experience, what a rubbish store, what rubbish customer service!In the name of watching me, the White woman that the shopkeeper had previously been dealing with at the tills was left unattended, so that I could be monitored.I guess she's trustworthy" enough to be allowed to carry on how she wants to in the store.There's no need to be this weird and ignorant

I went here today and they have a great selection of fridge magnets. I’m a local and even I like buying souvenirs from here. I’m so pleased with my purchase. The lady who served me was so nice to me. What a great experience I had.

You can find souvenirs but honestly nothing stands out

Bad experience at this shop. The shop assistants were pushing you to buy more and after we checked our receipt they had overcharged us by around £3.Embarrassing way of doing business. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and advise people to be cautious.

26th sept 2020Finding gifts to bring home to family and friends has never been this easy. They have lots of Liverpool souvenirs to choose from, although items are a bit pricey.

Definitely the best souvenir shop I've been to in Liverpool. Very well located and friendly staff. If I come back I would buy there again since there is a wide variety of quality products. Perfect if you need something to give as a present or to remember your trip to Liverpool.
