She made an AWFUL job of cutting my son's hair, fobbing us off that it will look better when it dries. I could see it probably wouldn't hence I questioned it. Went back an hour later to get her to try and fix the botch job, only to make it worse but shorter! Was told this was just how his hair lies! It was uneven, clumpy and all over the place. Also nicked my sons ear with clippers. Will have to let it grow a bit and get it done again elsewhere. Be warned.

Returned as young girl had previously done hair and did a great job....however...'ursula' appeared and totally ruined my hair...will not return....will take months to grow into anything that can be restyled....
