Andrea was quick to reply to our first enquiry. The choice of fabrics was great and we settled on 4 roman blinds. We were kept up to date with delivery and fitting dates. Igor and Andrea had all 4 blinds up in not time at all and there was no mess at all. We are delighted with the blinds and would highly recommend Lotiss to anyone. We bought three pairs of curtains and curtain poles from Lotiss. The curtains are beautifully made, using excellent quality fabric. The curtain poles were also very high quality and the task of putting them up and fitting the curtains was expertly done. I also bought two large Velux remote controlled blinds, again, a great job of getting them fitted. Delighted with the service we received from Lotiss.
