4/01/2017 Terrible! the new lady working there looks so confused and so ill that she kept sniffing noise all throughout..all I could smell was alcohol somehow being an ex alcoholic I could smell it from her breath I was waiting but at the same time it felt like they were smirking at each other because I was feeling a bit of discomfort because of my illness she made feel so uncomfortable and I definitely won't be going ther again they need mature working not childishs behaviour!!!

This is a excellent pharmacy. Staff are both professional and friendly. Very efficient . No frills but superb service. Never have to wait, open regular hours. Highly recommend

Pharmacy didn't contacted me despite GP Practice referral. They should contact me same day. Definitely avoid. I'll make official complain to relevant body.

Not fancy, but they are open reasonable hours so I go on my way to or from work. You generally get your prescription within a couple of minutes. A great alternative to Boots or any other other pharmacy in the city centre if you live or work nearby.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the North West. They are over priced with literally eveything at least 25% more expensive. The shop itself is dirty and the card machine never works. The opening times are a joke. It's long overdue for a better pharmacy to open to service the local area which is growing every month. This one needs closing down.

Staff do not know what they are talking about, was asking for back pain tqblets she gave me headache tablets, i hqve never been to a pharmacy where the staff don 't have a clue, where i am from to work as a pharmacist you need a PHD!!! Very poor and scary, that's where my NHS payments are for, Jesus!!

Excellent professional staff who took time to discuss my pharmacy options and found a solution can't thank them enough. Will definitely be a regular customer and can recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Take your business elsewhere.Staff ignored me and when they eventually served me they said their card reader didn't work and I would have to go to a cash machine. In clear pain and distress walking to the cash machine was out of the question.I got a taxi to one and returned to be further ignored until I called round to the back to enquire how long it would be. A few minutes was the reply.When my prescription was finally ready the chemist walks out with a tray of money that his assistant had been filling while I waited, it became apparent that I was waiting for them to fill the till. This at 10:00am a whole hour after they opened. Worst service I have ever had at any establishment ever let alone a chemists. Premises was dirty, hazardous and unsuitable for wheelchair users. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely pointless pharmacy as its always closed, I've never seen the shutters up. I take medication permanently so this would be a handy pharmacy. Basic review: if you have a job and work during the day, don't bother.

Although the pharmacy seems to have a rather small stock, the staff there is extremely helpful and the shop is clean and well-organised.The pharmacy at Boots made me wait for nearly two weeks for my medication stating that they've got a problem with the manufacturer. The staff at the Manor Pharmacy rang the supplier straight away and were able to get hold of my medication in a few hours.
