Good customer service, bought a car battery for a decent price, but be aware they are not insured to touch cars so any work will have to be booked in elsewhere.

Despite paying for click and collect (which is a scam) the service was very slow. Took about 10 minutes to collect just a few items. Only used this branch as they had more parking than the Gelderd Road one, I won't be back, shame really as they are close and have parking

Went to pick up a pre payed for part very small counter area. Explained what I had come for person behind the counter didn't have a clue. Turned out my part was under the counter.

Been using eurocarparts for 10 years or so, rang up to find out if they had brake pads for my car In stock on 5.6.23 was told on the phone that they did and took my reg no and said I could collect today or Tuesday..so I went down today to pick up the parts and the guy said that they did not have it in stocks despite being told that they did. What a waste of time.
