This was my first experience here. I popped in to get my eyebrows waxed. The staff were friendly and were able to fit me in straight away which was great. However I was really disappointed with the result. The first eyebrow was done fine but the second was done in a completely different shape. I explained that I wasn't happy and that they were different shapes and rather than own up and admit to making a mistake the lady tried to convince me that they were fine and wanted to take even more off the second brow.All in all I was very disappointed and would not go there again.

Been coming here a few years now and never disappointed. Stacey does my hair down to a T every single time. Went in today for a new colour and came out feeling amazing. Really looking forward to, and trusting her to do, my bridal and bridesmaids hair when the big day comes!!! Would highly highly recommend! Hannah R xx

I went in for a last minute nail appointment and she was happy to help. She helped me decide on the style and colour I wanted and I love them!!! The young girl there was really friendly and chatty. Also the prices are really reasonable. I have already booked my next appointment. I can’t wait!!!

Absolutely terrible. Had an unqualified 17-year-old to my prom nails nexgen. Was not informed that she was not properly trained, leading to a disgraceful outcome. My nails were not the same shape, size, or length. The nails were not smooth, but was rigid, and started popping off within 2 days. Asking for £25, i wouldn't even had paid £5 for them, but I'm a nice person so I did. Took two hours to do! Should've done them myself. Would not recommend this place for nails... Terrible, will not be coming again, unless they're free.

I just wanted to refresh the color on the ends, it turned out to be too difficult for them, even though I suggested many times to use foil because that's what other salons were doing previously, sadly they had a different idea, exposing me to a waste of time because something that could be done in approx 1 hour took them over 3 hours, and a waste of money because I paid for the service even though she skipped a large part of my hair, she also dyed my hoodie on the back, because the foils that would prevent it were in the drawer! I didn't realize she had ruined my hoodie until I got home! They have information that an appointment is not always necessary, now I know why, I'm surprised that it still exists, total lack of professionalism in every way, nothing was done well there, I strongly not only do not recommend, but I also warn you to stay away from this place if you wanna save your money, time and clothes!

Just had my 3rd visit to this fab salon, the staff are all really friendly and make you feel so welcome, and relaxed. They listen to what you want doing and then produce the goods!!! They give great advice on colours and cuts and seem to really care about getting it right for you. The atmosphere in the salon is lovely and you don’t feel awkward or self conscious . All the staff go the extra mile with their clients and I’ve seen excellent customer care and service whenever I’ve visited. Great work girls, I will definitely be booking again !

I visited here for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago as I am new to the area.I was seen straight away as a walk in which was super convenient.I had the lovely Brooke and I had a wash, cut and blow dry.She was super lovely & cut my hair wonderfully, all staff were pleasant and helpful and even though I am moving soon again to outside the town centre I will be returning to this same hairdressers in the future as worth the commute.Ty Brooke

I won’t mention any names because she’ll know who she is , I went back to the salon for the second time hoping to use a different stylist , on arrival I found I was booked in with the same one , I did mention it , but she shrugged her shoulders and asked what I wanted . I foolishly thought , ok , I’ll give her a second chance .To her and the girl next to us chatting , It is not client steeling , it’s customer choice . When someone decides not to use a particular stylist .Secondly , your hair cutting and styling abilities would benefit from some professional training . I suggest you get yourself off to college and learn how to cut and style , and probably all other aspects of hair dressing if you ever want to be any good at it , I’m very upset with the mess you made of mine . I won’t come back for a third time !!

The atmosphere and placement is nice. But the haircut I received was terrible. It was just lopped straight across, not actually evenly. The techniques were like nothing I've seen, pulling my hair and running the scissors down like a home done cut but worse. Then was charged £15 for my badly done dry cut. I'm sure there are better technicians but the one I had I would not recommend. Even with the attentive guidance she had from the manager, just sub par cuts. I would not recommend if you have curly hair or want any shape added.
