I have previously bought a washing machine from them because i want to support local shops. I paid some money cash in advace and i had to chase for them to bring it. Before a few fays a visited the shop to buy a cooker. We agreed for delivery saturday or latest monday afternoon. I stayed home all saturday and he didnt even had the decency to call me that he wont come. I am waiting Monday at home,no delivery. I decided not to chase them like last time. They are lazy (and obviously dont need the money?? £430 isnt a small amount!). I called them asking where is the cooker and whoever picked up the phone sounded like he was sleeping,didnt even apologise so I called another local shop who matched the price and brought me a better brand of cooker. Please respect your customers!

Brought a cooker from these guys, the 1st one basically blew so at that point I should have asked for a refund but i was offered another at an extra cost which after being fitted I noticed the door was badly misaligned. I called and was basically told 'it wasn't like that when delivered!' By someone who didn't even deliver it. Very defensive and no1 has got back to me after chasing this, really disappointed, bad customer experience and communication, at nearly £400 i wish I would have brought one a from origional manufacturer and at least had some piece of mind.

I visited this shop several times before purchasing a washing machine then fridge freezer of the same brand a few days later. I didn't feel pressured as I browsed and chose what I wanted. All my questions were honestly answered and my appliance research I had done was not put down by the sales man.I got a great price for both items, almost buy one get one free, and free delivery (for my postcode) convenient for me.A bonus was having three appliances removed from my home by the delivery team for collection/recycling. This was done from the second floor in a building with no lift at no extra cost. Saving me £60 if bought from Currys as I originally thought I was.I am very pleased with the washing machine and fridge freezer and would not hesitate to recommend buying from Discount Appliance Centre if you see what you like.

Great company providing efficient service. My fridge broke down, I ordered a new fridge which they delivered within 1 hour! Excellent local business, highly recommended!

Ordered a dishwasher online through them. They are now asking me for another £48 as they tried to deliver it at 7am with no prior phone call so no one around to except it at that time. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Very poor customer service. Delivery for Friday between 2pm-6pm wasn't delivered. They wouldn't let me contact the delivery driver and no one called me until Saturday, they said they could deliver on Monday at 1pm, no delivery until 4pm, again they didn't call ahead or let me know they would be late. Not able to install. Would not recommend!

I buy all of my large kitchen appliances from here. I’ve been caught in a desperate situation where I needed a replacement fridge ASAP (on the day) and the guys here have been able to help meet my needs by delivering, installing and taking out the old item.I’d rather buy my appliances locally than from the larger retailers that have crazy lead and delivery times.
