No real complaints.I have not had much need to use a chemist for prescriptions over the years but this was one of the rare occasions that I did need to... albeit for a prescription that was assigned without consultation, just based on what I told the GP receptionist on the phone. This did not fill me with confidence to start with, but to it off I think the pharmacist could have been a little more discrete.

I had very bad experience in that place. I have been neglected, not treat with dignity and respect. Very unprofessional and not trained well staff. Waiting hour for prescription, after been told as it out if stock!

Very friendly staff, expert advice and superb customer service They have looked after my family for many years and were very supportive during the Covid 19 crisis.

If I could I would give no stars. They have not once got my Mother's repeat prescription right in 8 months. They have lost prescriptions and then when challenged they are utterly rude and unapologetic. They make me feel like they are doing me a favour, not earning a living paid for by the customers. In the time I have sat waiting for something to be sorted, I have realised that I am not the only one who has the same experience. Absolutely atrocious service.

Extremely poor service. No communication Between staff whatsoever. I waited 33 mins for a prescription that was ready since yesterday. Prescription was ready and packed since yesterday but they don't communicate with each other effectively. The young girl at the front is extremely lazy and clearly doesn't want to work. It is the only surgery in the area with a notice on the wall KEEP CALM AND DONT ABUSE OUR STAFF". Its there because of their bad service that can fraustrate people beyond their limit of tolerance. I did tell them politely that their service is just as bad as it was months ago and they need to improve their communication Between staff membersWe have moved our prescription to a professional lloyds pharmacy

A bit small for its high demand of several nearby surgeries. Friendly staff but heard a few inappropriate conversations behind the counter, perhaps a screen would help. Definitely needs an extension of some kind. Also not a lot of parking but plenty of space to queue and wait outside at the bustop. Has bike racks and disabled parking.
