Jessica's Nails

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it first opened and am therefore a regular customer.Despite this neither of the two workers ever smile or engage in conversation and I’ve noticed that they are this way with every customer. They make you feel uncomfortable if you ever say that you don’t like the colour ( after painting one nail for eg) or you want them to do your nails a certain way. You’ll be met with a frosty look or disapproval. They then talk about you in their language where the other one looks at you so it’s obvious they’re talking about you. I’ve even witnessed the guy laugh- it’s pathetic really. The guy will often let out a sigh if he’s asked to change something. I’ve witnessed it first hand and seen him do this with other customers. The lady is rude and she always cuts my skin when filing down the gel. She doesn’t even apologise. It’s a shame as the owner is lovely and he should really get rid of these two staff members and hire better people who have customer service skills and actually enjoy what they do.

I’ve been here a few times and the guy did an okay job for the price hence why I didn’t mind returning, however the most recent time a woman, who I think is the owner, did my nails and couldn’t create even the most simple nail art design. I asked her to change the design to just a plain colour and she was very rude about doing it. I asked for an almond shape and they are super wonky, the top coat also had no shine and when I asked her to fix that she rolled her eyes and continued to be rude! I’m so upset with how the nails look so I’ve booked in to have them replaced at a different salon and will not be returning here. Save your time and your money and do not come here.

Andy is very good at his job and all on his own at moment so a bit of a wait but it's worth it coming out with lovely nails

Started off well but then the lady in there cut my cuticle as she removed skin that didn't need to be removed. Then still proceeded and charged full price and barely said sorry! Also kept telling me not to touch it, I just wanted to stop the bleeding! So beware if you go there.

UPDATE: NAIL INFECTED.£22, ruined jagged nails and nail cut so short you can see nail root/bed!!! Incredibly painful. Hope it doesn't lead to infection.I told the technician to stop twice and only after his college saw did he tell the guy to stop. Appart from my toe, all the other nails were jagged and also cut too far down as you can see from the photo.The nail was NOT BROKEN. I had just had my previous pedicure removed before I came in. Even if it was you don't cut into the nail bed!!I had been before, but I'm never going there again.If only nail places were regulated so liars like this could face consequences.

I had last time my nails done but I am not satisfy as it fall off after 2-4 days so I need to take out all the nails from my fingers. I had bring the loyalty card as well from there. That was my first time but worst experience ever. The lady who was doing my nails didn’t done it properly least I had paid £25 pound it needs to be done properly but might that lady thought this is first time so I can do whatever I like . She was not good to me as well. I will not having my nails done there never ever had the worst experience . Loyalty card I will upload now . I will not recommend any friends of mine . As I was there cause one of my colleague recommended me from Naud Thai Massage . But this is the worst experience ever for my nails done . I just spent money for nothing . Very poor customer service mostly that lady .

I came here last minute for acrylics and let me tell you - these are the finest damn nails I have ever had! Staff are so friendly and make good conversation whilst their nail service went above and beyond my expectations. The staff stayed overtime just to accommodate for me and I received extra nail treatments for a sensible price. My nails were done efficiently yet meticulously - by far the best salon in terms of customer service, quality and price. See you again soon!

The price is average but the service is way below that. Besides the very poor welcome and communication they offer, the service was horrible. The guy there painted not just my nails, but cuticles and fingers too. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for the same price
