Honestly the worst service ever, I don’t normally write reviews but my blood is boiling. The whole point of doing self care is to feel good, and I feel cheated and used. they are so dismissive and rude. I got my nails done there every month for 4 times and this is the last time I will ever go back. I asked for long and square and I got chunky and big, when I told them about it they brushed it off and laughed and spoke In their language. As a customer who is paying for their nails they complain about what I WANT. I’m super upset because all I wanted was nice nails for a party I am going to but I don’t even want to go anymore because of how horrible my nails look. If you want good and friendly service do not even look at this place. It’s terrible the way the treat people, they just want your money.

Poor service overcharged i just did my nails today and the pinky finger just chiped half soo i had to take it out

This is the worst place to get your nails done, I’ve had acrylics done and a pedicure. My acrylics broke within a week and the paint job was terrible. Me and my partner wanted to get a pedicure together as this is something we do, they told us 10 minute wait, waited over half an hour then to tell another lady she can go before us and she was next. Me being me I waited as I like to give places a chance over an hour later still not had a pedicure even tho they kept saying we we’re next they let a whole load of people go before us. Im disgusted on how we were treated with this place I will never go back or recommend to anyone.AVOID!!!!

This is definitely my favourite nail salon ever and after my first time here, I have never stepped into a different nail salon. I have been here a couple times and they have all been the best! The atmosphere of this salon is very soothing and relaxing. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and thorough. The nail tech was very detailed and did a great job. She made sure I was satisfied before I left. I really love the work she did. Reasonable prices, super friendly staff, they take their time and my nails look great! I would definitely recommend!

I was there yesterday and the nails it's self are beautiful and I love the the way they look but the pain I experienced was something I've never felt when getting my nails done. I had cuts and blood on most of them and still feel pain after a day. Shame if it wasn't for the pain I'd go back.

They was talking about us in their language they was rude they was miserable kind and I think they are abit racist because they was not friendly to me and my auntie when we got it done they complained about everything I wanted a simple style then they keept asking do I want to add other stuff to my nails I wouldn't recommend this service for black people regards sharn

Not that good. Advertise as taking card payment. Then when it came to pay cash only. I went to cash point escorted. Not a problem. But service I received regarding my pedicure was not what I have received at my usual in Bruce Grove. So I will not be going back there even they are 2minutes from where I work. Cheap yes. But my toes I have done it myself

Unfortunately, I'm speechless by the service I received and the quality of my nails. I requested gel acrylics with a simple design but was left with a plain grey colour. It's been a week since I've had my nails done, and have one left out of the ten due to the quality. The staff were not helpful and rude. My friend was barged and did not receive an apology until she confronted her. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the aforementioned reasons.

I went to this nail shop for a infill as my usual nail tech was fully booked at a nearby place. The level of disrespect from the stuff is shocking after we agreed on a price with the nail design I wanted, the nail tech kept trying to get me to change the design saying it ugly etc down to the nail shape…why would she do this? Well considering it too her 2 and a half hours to do an infill…she’s inexperienced and wanted to give herself an easier job with simple designs…which mine was so very confused about how something that takes a hour maximum took that long. To make matters worse the nail tech and her colleagues were laughing at me and unapologetically talking about me in their language the whole time. Worst nail shop experience ever at a nail shop. First and last visit. Save your sanity and go to the other nail shopping opposite EE or anywhere else!!! I’d book a flight to a different country for some nails before patronising La gold again. They honestly couldn’t even pay me do my nails again! RUN!
