Excellent value for money has a lot of choice of carpets and vinyls. Staff are also really helpful. I will go there from now on when I need carpets

Thanks a million to all the staff at Terry’s they have really been amazing. Helped me out over the weekend with a rush job at a local shop. We had been let done by another company and they stepped in and sorted it all out for me. From the man that measured up to the ladies in the office to the two men that came to fit for me I could not be happier. Excellent service and communication throughout and the price was amazing! We were misinformed and told they would be able to remove my mother's stair lift before putting carpet down. When they arrived they said they aren't allowed to so this which we understand, but we should not have have been told otherwise by the person over the phone. On top of that, they left a huge mess all throughout the house and in the street which neighbours have complained about. To top it all off, the carpet itself was put in very rushed and messy. No attention to detail as there are bits on almost every step coming out of the edges and even bits of carpet missing! (As seen in photos) I believe we should be compensated for this as it's just poor work and laziness. Seen other reviews saying they cleaned up after themselves and are happy, so why not the same treatment for our house?

I had been recommended to Terry's from a friend, and I am really pleased they did.A fantastic selection of carpets to choose from at great prices. The staff were all friendly and knew the ranges. I could have got the carpets fitted the next day.I wanted my flat completely re-carpeted, lounge, Hall and 2 bedrooms so I asked for it to be done over 2 days. No problem at all, with a few days in between.The fitters arrived as expected and have done a fabulous job. Neat and Clean and very helpful. I phoned and asked for the same 2 guys to come back. Once again no problem. I give them all 5*****. Highly recommend.

I believed the reviews and made a big mistake in doing so. I got them to lay carpet in my daughters room which was freshly painted after having the skirting boards replaced and mat black plug sockets. The carpet was fitted in the day wile I was at work so it wasn’t until a couple of days later at the weekend that I noticed the damage or the short cut carpet wile building the furniture. I contacted the shop explaining that the fitter had not only cut the carpet short but had also cut the skirting board and damaged everyone of the new sockets in the room. It took over a week for the owner to actually agree to come and look and the damage he was very rude and refused to do anything about the mess of the carpet and the damage to the skirting boards and the plug sockets that are 40cm up the wall so I was left with no choice but to put right the damage they made and get a carpet company to replace the one that I was not only over charged for but fit completely wrong

Not very happy at all found nails in the carpet and staples too I was told by the measurer that they would take the panels off the chair lift and unscrew the nails yet the fitters were heard saying stannah would have to remove stair lift I was told differently that they could do it themselves won't be using this company again bits of carpet all over the house
