I made my entire order through WhatsApp and they were so helpful and responsive. Just through pictures alone, they matched my jewellery perfectly and put up with my constant questions and request. The final piece looks amazing! Great service and beautiful jewellery - Can’t wait to wear on my wedding!

I came to Kundan for my Mehendi and Baarat jewellery. I’ve been to a lot of jewellery stores before and this was the best customer service I’ve ever received. The sets are fairly priced and I was able to customise the sets to match my dress at no additional cost. I was even able to take it back to make further alterations and each time the staff were happy to make changes until I was fully satisfied. Very happy with my experience.

Definitely recommend for that bespoke bridal experience and every other potential event you may have! Harsh is so patient and understanding. Best service you could ever receive ! Bought 3 sets from here and Getting all my jewellery from here from now on !

The guys at Kundan were incredible from my first visit to the shop to hand delivering my order to my house after I mentioned I lived a long drive away from the shop. I bought my Bridal and Mehndi sets from Kundan and the guys were so good at matching to my outfits and making suggestions. When I unwrapped them at home they were even more stunning than I remembered, I'm so excited to wear them for my wedding! I recommend Kundan to absolutely anyone looking for bridal or party sets :)

I cannot recommend this shop enough!! Had the best experience ordering my nikkah jewellery from here, I was being very picky with what I wanted and the staff were very patient with me the whole time. They understood what my vision was and made it their priority to make sure I was completely satisfied. I ordered a custom set on a very tight time schedule and they made sure I still received my set before the due date. They kept me updated through whatsapp and even made further customisations for me on the spot. The customer service cannot be faulted at all, they went above and beyond the entire time and my set turned out so beautiful. I will definitely be back for my mehndi and wedding reception, thank you again!!

I got both my mehndi and wedding jewellery from here, they were super patient and really got to know what I wanted in terms of how I wanted my jewellery to look etc. They were really friendly and professional. They even changed some of the jewellery to make it exactly how I envisioned it to be. I had the best experience in Kundan, even the rest of the girls in my family went and got their jewellery from there for my functions and yet again provided us with the best service ever. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Hash and his brother were more than accommodating and provided an excellent service. Amazing service at Kundan jewellery. Travelled 4 hours to London to purchase my bridal set. Both brothers at Kundan were professional, friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. They are very knowledgeable and know their stuff, the bangles Hash made were amazing! The style and quality of the jewellery is outstanding.
