They don't even deserve 1 star! I bought a 5lt degreaser 1 1/2 months ago and somehow Evri said it was lost after waiting for such a long time. Noone tried to help me through an email or on the phone. Terribly rude people and absolutely no customer service. I had to contact PayPal to get my money back. They even tried to stop PayPal to refund the money of a product which I never received.

Would have given zero if I could!I bought 2 degreasers and was supposed to have them about a month ago. I have my order number as well as my Evri tracking order. It says that the package is lost and that I need to contact the seller and so I did.I tried to get in touch through email on multiple occasions and on their live chat but got no response. Right now I’m down £25 and over a month of waiting with zero response from Pollards.Absolutely no customer service.

The best DIY and hardware shop in the area. Pollards supplies things you won't find in the big DIY stores, like much more effective chemical products that the big ones are probably more reluctant to sell because of health and safety (admittedly many customers are stupid, so I can understand that to a degree.)Things are more expensive here, but they will do things like only sell you the two screws you need for a job rather than making you buy a box of 100 for more money only to have them clutter up your garage.Knowledgeable staff. You go to them with a problem and they say you need one of these...." and they explain how to use it.Top marks"
