Marylebone Station

Staff were looking at their phone when supposedly giving me advice but otherwise the train was on time and clean. Could do with a few more self-service ticket machines. Simple transfer between Underground and overland trains. Lovely big rack...for bikes of course and pay per use toilets onsite. Not bad.

Surprisingly small compared to it's status on the Monopoly board! Station feels a bit soulless and doesn't have the buzz of other main London terminus. Being small does make it easy to get to the platforms. An okay range of shops and short walk to Baker Street tube for other connections.

Small station with a good range of eateries and a few shops. Very hot though inside during the summer months. My main issue is the homeless people that surround the station. Watch your bags as I caught one trying to steal. Be wary in the evening or at quiet times.

I'm not entirely sure why this train station wasn't appealing to me. Plenty stations have been renovated and redone to make it look modern and clean. I find this station looks a bit messy, small, the least appealing. I must admit it's my least favourite station in London. While waiting for my train there was a technical fault on their train timetable information on the information screen. Overall it should be renovated to make it look tidy and modern.

Small cozy station. Clean and organised. Taxi rank just outside. A bit of the tube station. Nice shops inside, and one of the best pubs in London - V&A

Nice looking station. Unfortunately all the station staff are incompetent and unfriendly.We rushed across London to make our train, which ended up departing a minute early. The staff worker who signalled the train to go early didn’t bother to look behind to see us running towards the train. It left early with us 10 metres away from the door, making us wait another hour at the station.The staff at the ticket barriers were also quite unfriendly and were a bit dead behind the eyes. They seem to prefer chatting with each other in small groups rather than being helpful and approachable.For such a historic station I would expect much better service.

Beautiful station! The people in the ticket office are so helpful and happy. Not a big station but it has an M&S, pub, Burger King, Hotel Chocolate just to name a few.It can see a little chaotic at times but far less than Euston. Love going here.

Not as manic as some of the big London stations but as with everything in London always busy. Good onward connections via Marylebone and Baker Street tube. Onsite toilets and a choice of places to grab a coffee or snack.

Lovely little train station serving Chiltern Railways. Much less busy than Paddington or Victoria. There's great open spaces and a Pret and M&S inside to pick up some snacks. Wasn't too busy when I was there and everyone was wearing a mask. Well ventilated as well.
