Just had my new door completed today , as well as having new windows and French doors installed . I cannot recommend this company more , the care and attention to detail is above and beyond . The workmanship from Doug and Ben have been spot on . And the communication from Mark and Brett was amazing . Lovely people and would use this company again . Thank you for a beautiful transformation to my home x

I can’t recommend this company enough. They were recommended to me by 2 independent people and I would do the same. Everyone at the company is helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The windows are to a high standard. They are finished off very neatly inside and outside the property. The fitters were also very tidy and there was no clearing up to do after they left.

New Image replaced my front door and I am absolutely delighted. Mark gave me advice with the design, dates deposit and fitters. He is very laid back . No hard sell and very casual. Everything went well for me and the fitter Doug did an amazing job. Doug very conscientious did the job thoroughly. I am so happy with my experience with New Image that I am inviting them back for a quote for French doors leading to the garden. I would definitely recommend New Image and look forward to new french doors fitted by Doug !!

Just had new image home improvements fit 8 new windows really pleased, they look great. The fitters did really nice job where polite and took great care. They laid down sheets everywhere cleaned up and made good all round the windows. Would totally recommend them.

Cant give Mark and his company enough stars, not one for doing reviews but this family run business deserves lots of credit. Had my Mums consevatory updated, other companies made us feel like they were doing us a favour by coming to quote, even telling her she needed a new roof, but if you want a fresh honest approach to your home improvements then look no further. Mark came round and after examaning the roof told us is was perfectly ok and would be no problem to complete the new istallation keeping the old roof.If there is a delay to start the work the company takes ownership of any delays and does not waste your time blaming everything else, they will be honest with you, we had a delay only down to bad weather which even this company cant control, but were kept informed. The two gents who completed the installation really got stuck in hardly stopping for a brew and again really represented the company in a great way. The finish and quality of work can't be explained enough and looks fantastic with all the additional finishing touches done that were outside of the quote at no extra cost. Thanks again

Was not sure which company to choose but so glad we chose New Image.After speaking with the owner Mark I was given every confidence that I would get a well done job.This turned out to be the case when we had our wooden windows replaced.The workmanship and price were excellent and could not find fault if we tried. Just had 3 windows and a new door fitted !! I cant believe I didn't go to this family run business before!! Amazing priced double glazing! So clean and the job was perfect !! no need to touch up the paintwork or walls ! If I could give Bret 10 * out of 5 I would !! So helpful and always let me know when the works were going to be done!! The best double glazing in Essex!!! Thank you guys again!!!!
