Would give zero stars if I could, bought NHS charms and got free bracelet for my wife retiring from NHS Nursing after 39 years service, the one I picked she would have liked to exchange for a different one but you can't swap a free bracelet, and fair enough it's in there terms and conditions, my point is why wasn't I adviced to just get the charms and get bracelet later instead of feeling rushed into picking one, my wife's been in and manager won't budge shame on you Pandora for spoiling a great retirement weekend, won't ever use you again...

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with go to the one at white rose fare better staff better choice and just a much nicer experience

Visited the Store on Sunday 15/06/23 around 15.45. Greeted by a member of staff who was serving a customer. The 50% off sale caught my eye and waited a few minutes, one member of staff at the till apologised for my wait and another staff member came from the back to serve me.I didn't get the names of the other 2 members of staff name but the colleague that served me was Casey. They were so helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a ring, unfortunately realised later that evening it wasn't suitable for my arthritic thumb! I returned the ring on Monday morning to be served by Casey. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made suggestions to me to make an exchange as I didn't want to spend anymore than I already had. She was great, thankyou. The customer service from the three ladies was excellent.

Can't recommend, my girlfriend bought 2 separators for her bracelet, both fitted by the shop. One fell off within a week! We aren't sure where it fell off. The shop were most unhelpful, nothing they could do etc.. but they supplied it. We have the receipt too. Not impressed!

Bought a ring for my mum for Mother’s Day it came in a sealed Pandora bag which I had not opened to make sure the ring was in there beforehand my mum opened it on Mother’s Day to find that the ring was not in the bag there was no ring box just a piece of scrunched up tissue paper they better give me my money back or give me the ring that I bought as I never received it but got charged for it

Went into the shop for a bracelet... stood by the counter waiting as three girls were serving, unbeknown to us one of the staff put a stand up saying wait here whilst we were already waiting by the counter. All the staff saw us waiting by the counter yet we were ignored! When one staff was free she went straight to the waiting queue, we said we had been waiting by the counter, we wete then told to go the queue.. needless to say i you kst a sale!

The staff are always so friendly and very helpful they always have brilliant knowledge about all the charms and always try and go above and beyond to serve you rhe best they can

went into the shop the other week for my faulty ring where the diamond fell out and got told they could replace but didn’t have it in stock. went back in today and was rudely greeted by a member of staff who told be i had to wait behind the women not knowing if i was just coming to look or anything. i stated to them that the stone fell out of the ring whilst on my finger and the miss shaping of my ring was due to my storing of the ring after the stone fell out which was totally my fault. the women rudely stated that they will change it but won’t do it again after this as it was my fault and it was due to some sort of pressure of me trapping my finger (i havent) will never be buying from pandora again it’s cheep materials for an extortion of a price

Extremely helpful staff. Had been unable to get what I wanted at other stores but rang up and they put it on oneside until I could get in a few days later.
