Why my original quotation had dropped a lot, how everything worked with the sale of the vehicle, the V5 document exchange of owner, cancelling my direct debits for tax and insurance, how my payment would be received and how long it would take. He is a superbly polite, friendly and knowledgable guy. Overall a very easy experience for me.Would definitely tell people to use you.Thank you

Easy, Simple and pain free. Got a quote on Monday evening, went into a branch on Tuesday morning and spoke with Leroy, who was amazing and provided me with a price I was more than happy with.Unfortunately, I didn't have my V5 document so had to wait for that to come, but Leroy gave me his personal number to contact with when it had arrived.When I had the document and went back to Leroy, although the price had decreased slightly, I was still more than happy.Big props to Leroy for his amazing customer service and making me feel more than comfortable with the whole experience.
