Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar Counter

Age 66 and have never done anything with my brows they are so light you can hardly see them. Decided to buy a eyebrow pencil at the benefit counter. When I tried to buy one the lady said I will wax and dye your eyebrows she was insisting it would be better. I told her I wanted them light, she mixed dark brown and light brown which I told her was too dark she said they would be fine. They are far to dark and can't wait until they grow out I also bought a gel to put on them which she sold me a dark one I said is there any lighter she said no it just makes them look darker so I'm not using it, I've spent money on having them waxed dyed and a gel that was a waste if money when all I wanted was an eyebrow pencil in a honey colour will not use the genetic counter again will buy online so I don't get sold something I don't want.

I came in on Saturday to visit your store as I wanted a brow product that made it look like my I had brows micro bladed ,Carrigan was a huge help, she wiped the brow pencil I had on, did one eyebrow and even showed me how to apply the microblade pen. It was so easy to do and she really made my day!!!!Thank you again to Carrigan who made me feel absolutely lovely. What a star

I had a brow wax and tint this morning Geanina makes you feel so comfortable I struggle with getting on the chair so she went and found a more comfortable chair for me nothing is too much trouble for her. I am back this time as the first time with this lady was as enjoyable as my visit todayshe is very polite and does the best eyebrows ever, she truly is an asset to the company I will definitely keep on returning

I had an eyebrow wax and tint with the Carrigan on Saturday. What a lovely young lady. Very knowledgable, explained every step and put me under no pressure to buy any products. She also did a mini facial for me using the new range of products which I will purchase some of them when available on 1st march. The face mask was fabulous. I will definitely return.

I made a very last minute online appointment with Geanina for an eyebrow wax and tint. She was absolutely lovely and made my eyebrows look fab. We had a little giggle and she was just so friendly, would 100% recommend.
