Adrian, Damian, Wiloleta and Piotr is same family so do not be confused of their reviews as they had written them for their own business.Went to get a quote for the Audi which they said was £510. Given deposit £80 as requested. Today went to pick the car and whilst on the way received a text saying they will charge £60 more. Asked why was it, and they responded car would not be realised until £430 + their added £60 are paid. They had a car and never made a contact till date. Never given any approval for any work worth £60. Anyway I spoke to them on arrival. They locked the door and walked awayPolice had to be called as their son was giving all sorts of life threats and so the police arrived. As per suggested by police had to pay £60 more and take it in court which I am going to doNo inspection was possible, and they issued receipt after dozens requests. Once they issued invoice Piotr became aggressive. It’s all on their cctv and possibly police could view it ASAP before they remove itIt was a very bad experience as my mother is in bad health and I had to travel to London to see her. Plus I had to wait 2 hours in freezing weather conditions. Their neighbours were as shocked as I was and said they don’t issue invoices usually and only take cash.Very bad experience and suffered this shoddy business hands for just being a good customer. Not happy at all
