DO NOT GO HERE! They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to blonde hair & when using toners. You end up paying huge amounts of money and coming out unhappy. Having lovely hair is a very important thing which they do not understand. When you spend the amount they charge you’d expect your hair to be lovely and to be happy with it. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed when I tried to book my usual cut and colour todayVery abrupt, couldn’t care less attitude .Can do the colour this week but you will have to wait till 25th for a cut. And then explained the cancellation policy with some glee. It’s never been necessary to explain this before! And I’ve been using your salons since the 1990s!I’ve been coming to this branch for 15 years and generally it has been greatMore recently not so much. Today was the final straw.

It was my first time and the experience was great. The staff was lovely and the hair cut excellent!

No complaints from here. I called in on spec and asked if someone could sort my hair out. Although the team was busy, my hair was washed, cut, coloured and blow dried and the change feels great. A great balance of listening to what I wanted to achieve, coupled with a proactive creative approach and I felt comfortable trusting their judgment. Thanks team.

I felt that the overall experience was excellent as when you enter the salon the reception desk is on the left leading you into the salon itself. The salon was decorated tastefully throughout and gaveyou a feeling of relaxation and warmth.

long due review. I had a cut around june this year. I went a week before and did a consultation with Marco. he was very reassuring and flexible specially when he heard how hard I am trying to grow my hair. he suggested a trim instead of a full haircut which was exactly what I wanted. I saw some bad curly hair reviews before going so I was more observant and I saw nothing bad.my hair is fine and super curly so he took that into consideration. even when I asked to keep the length at the front he did without hesitation. he gave me honest advises and suggestions as well. he even told me dont come for a second trim after 10 weeks as my hair was healthier than what he expected. this haircut should last for up to 6 months which is honest and helpful and I appreciate. one point for any curly hair girl tho this is a traditional hair salon not deva cut/new techniques salon. so plz adjust your expectations. you will be going for a normal haircut no other business. also they try to produce an in-house “curly hair products” but the products are not comparable to other curly hair products in the market. my hair was a but frizzy after styling however that said Marco’s notes about what styling products to use in what order we’re interesting. I use few of his tips and tricks when I style my hair.

If I could give 0-5 I would. I walked in asking for a fringe cut and I have left with two blunt blocks of hair. There is no wispiness at all. I walked into 3 hairdressers after that to try to fix it and all 3 said it is unsalvageable, I have to grow it out and pin it back in the meantime. Christmas is ruined. They gave it to me ‘on the house’…no bloody wonder after making me look like Lord Farquad. The person who cut my hair is called Julie. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Marco has been working his magic with my hair for years and years (30 years?)- few times that he has been unavailable, I have gone to someone else and realised how fantastic & skilful Marco is, just have to remember to book my appointment with him much in advance! His salon in Reading has friendly, efficient reception staff, is clean, and very pleasant to visit !! Thanks Marco!

Nothing but praise for the lovely gentleman who really took heart and care into my wonderful haircut! He was very good at his craft, very personable and thoughtful. Wish I lived in reading!
