Friendly staff, Amazing food! So many varieties and all the main cost under £5! ( £6 with salad.) I've been staying in the hospital nearby for the last 10days and discovered this place only yesterday. Felt like it had all the nutrition my body needed. I wish I found this place sooner. 10/10

:-( Terrible just adds to stress your already facing....just try ringing their office :-( They really need to uphaul their phone delivery service.UPDATE: has drastically improved watch this space they may get to 5 stars yet.UPDATE: 08/23 If it wasn’t for 2 people there who I believe are diamonds in a rough the help received here is really ‘NO’ help at all. Hopefully will never need there service again, lost my case eventually.

What a lovely and welcoming place! It's the first time I am doing a course here but so far I am extremely happy with everything really. The standard of teaching is very good and the receptionist is the sweetest girl ever. They also have taken very good measures regarding the Covid-19; there are even glass barriers on wheels in the classroom. Also, I hear the food in the cafe is quite something, though sadly is closed at the moment due to lack of business.

I have taken a few evening language courses here and have really enjoyed spending my time at the Mary Ward Centre. It's in great location near Russell Square with spacious class rooms that are comfortable and make a very pleasant learning environment. The courses are well designed and are affordable with wonderful teachers!Another great feature of this fine establishment is the vegetarian/vegan cafe. The food is SOOO’ GOOD, with different menus each day. Generous portions at outstanding value! Lovely positive relaxed atmosphere. I love coming here for lunch or dinner and will even take away occasionally to enjoy their delicious food at home :)

I submitted my interest in a Community Interpreting level 3 course back in May this year for a course starting in September. I was told then by Mandy that I would be added onto a mailing list and that she will be in touch with me as of to when I could apply for it. Well, by August, I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed the school again mid August, worried I would miss my spot. I was told I should sent an application form, so I did, and then... Never heard anything back from them, again! Back then, on the phone, I was told I would be contacted to fix an interview, but nobody called me. I called the school today to find out that the last person I was in touch was now on maternity leave and that the course was fully booked! Such miscommunication between the admin staff, and not even an apology given for the poor handling of my case! I am furious, especially because I had registered my interest since May!! I wish that they'd proposed some kind of arrangment or discount on the next course in January but nothing... I wanted a bit of a career change and now I feel like I made a fool out of myself... No thank you, Maryward Centre!

Terrible experience. I wanted to join an English course and I had to take an assessment to see my English level. I spoke with 2 women via email and they gave me extra information about the course and an appointment to do this test. When I arrived a rude woman told me that she is the manager and that I was not able to join the course because I have been in London for almost 3 years and that's not enough. She also told me that his secretaries are misinformed so the information that two women who work here gave me is incorrect. They made me lost my time.

The Mary Ward Centre, where I do an art course ( portraits, with John Close) has moved to Stratford. Before, it was in a delightfully quirky building at the back of Russell Square. Now it's in a quirky modern building about 10 mins walk from Stratford Station. Stratford is where the rail lines of London seem to converge so travel isn't a problem. Its maybe 25 mins from Paddington on the Elizabeth Line for example. My course is 6pm to 9pm which works well for me. It's suitable for anyone who wants to sharpen his or her technique, or just get one in the first place. So if you do have a yen to get something drawn or painted, this could be a great place. There are a few options in terms of art and more learning options too, including languages and music. Check on their website. Don't be afraid of starting! We're all like you! The photo shows my attempt at Kit, the model from last night. You don't have to worry about what to draw or paint. That's decided for you. Just how best to do it.

If you would like to take a Community interpreting course, do yourself a favour and go else were. This is complete shamble. My Tutor was not interested to look after her group, the administration and management level is very low. Finish my course nearly year ago and still do not have my certificate as college managed to make some spelling mistake in the document. They ignored students feedback completely. After all the prices foe they courses are very high, and satisfaction level is 0.
