Phoned after seeing this company on google. The hubby got speaking to Mark. We told him we had seen a car online and straight away Mark was only too happy to help. We were invited to come view the car the same day. Once we arrived we were greeted by Mark himself (always better when you get that personal touch). Once we arrived the car was sitting waiting for us to test and all our questions answered with ease. Within a few days Mark had everything sorted and ready to go. No hiccups and no issues. Mark sorted all the paperwork and everything was explained with ease and left no question or concerns. The friendliness along with the professionalism was amazing and Mark was a pleasure to met. The car is a dream and if we ever decided to change Carmichael cars would be our First and only stop . Nothing was too much for these guys and we look forward to meeting Mark again in the future. Bought a car from Mark, he was straightforward and easy to deal with, during the 6 month warranty period there were a couple of small sensors needing replaced, these got repaired straight away and with no issues, great after service when required.

Recently purchased a car from Carmichael car sales. From the moment I asked for a video of the car before travelling down to view it, the service was A*. The car wasn’t ready just yet but they kept me in the loop with what was happening with it! Any questions or queries I’m having with the car is answered almost straight away, so helpful! Just purchased a car off Mark today. Sent enquiry last week late at night and he responded right away ( it was definitely outside work hours) and we arranged for me to come down and see the car. He was ready and waiting and greeted me and my dad. Got the car out and let us have a test drive, was only happy to answer questions I had about the car. I decided to purchase the car, Mark got it serviced and MOT’d & ready for collection in less than a week. I came on the train to pick up the car and he arranged for a driver to come and pick me up and bring me over to their premises. Car was ready and waiting, he had all the documents ready for me, and the car was spotless, payment was simple too via card. I had a few questions and he answered them all. This is the first time I have bought my own car and as daunting a process it is because I know absolutely nothing about cars, Mark put me at ease right away. I had a lovely drive home in my new car. I would 100% recommended these guys if you are looking for a new car.

Dealt with Brandon at Carmichael cars and he was brilliant. Offered to get a driver to pick me up and drop me home if needed. Bought car and had it home that evening. Brandon was really helpful and made the process very easy. Would recommend highly.

I bought 520 m sport tourer. This car is a fantastic motor but has had several issues since purchasing it. Mark and Jonny never quibbled once, just got it sorted and let me just say none of this work came cheap. From starter motor, to clutch and turbo everything was fixed without question. Obviously not thier fault this car had the issues but the aftercare is unquestionably the best I've ever experienced. Thank you for a fantastic service, highly recommend this team. Mark was always easy to reach and solved every problem. I'd happily buy a car from Carmichael cars again
