Went to the eurogarage Weldon yesterday, while I was waiting to be served I noticed a couple of bluebottle flies crawling on the iced donuts. I told a member of staff who looked like the manager, about the flies. Her reply was “I know there are loads and we can’t do anything about it” I said well I won’t be buying from here then and walked out. I couldn’t believe her reply. She didn’t even remove the cakes and carried on talking to a colleague. I hope the person who does purchase the fly infected donut doesn’t become ill. I have been a catering manager for 30 years and I am disgusted on the reply and lack of food hygiene and food safety issues at this store. I will be forwarding my complaint to the head office

New Greggs located in the Eurogarages complex off main roundabout Weldon. Whilst I completely understand growing pains I would think Greegs would have few being that it is such an established company. Ive gone twice now and both times have been disappointing. First time I was given an ice cold sausage roll! It was one of the coldest days of the year. Whats up with that Greggs? Ovens not working? The second visit after seeing all of the adverts posted around the shop for soup, I asked for the soup flavours of the day only to be told they had no soup! I thin ordered a corned beef pastie/roll. I was again given a cold and tasteless pastry. Come on Greggs up your game!

I go to Gregg's all over the country and this has to be the worst.....1030am no bacon or sausages nothing for breakfast .. sausage rolls and steak bakes were so cold tasted like they had been there ages ..and to top it off my cup of tea was given to me with a broken tea bag so I had tea leaves in my mouth ..not at all a nice experience..this needs to be sorted

Never have breakfasts in as not been delivered and one member of staff is so rude and is happy to almost throw your order at you. And when asked which coffee is which you get your head snapped off. Only a few members of staff in their have customer service skill. The rest need retrained and be taught manners when serving the general public

Come here every week to get my O2 priority Coffee and for the last few months they have been unable to use the QR code from the app but apologised and give me the coffee without scanning, however.I arrived today to get a coffee with the code and was told the till won’t accept the app and that I will have to pay ( no apology ).To which my response was ‘I understand however this haven’t been a problem for months and it’s usually given to me, is it possible to speak to a supervisor’. The lady (Courtney) turned round and said ‘Im the supervisor here today, however this is not my normal branch and I’m not in the mood to argue’Which as you can imagine this was a complete shock as I had not spoke with any attitude or aggression and this was how I was being treated. Not only myself but also the person behind me was in shock and as I was walking out the kind gentleman offered to by my drink, which I thanked but declined, as it wasn’t that I didn’t have the money, it was the pure disrespect of which I received, I wanted to just get out of the situation. Now, I understand that all people can have bad days, but when you work in retail you don’t push this onto you customers.SHOCKING
