WORST experience! Tried booking a appointment with Natalie after she done my hair lighter then I expected and she agreed to do a toner. She couldn’t book me in as she had a bad back. Tried booking in again but she cancelled it as she didn’t have childcare. Then I tried to rebook and she stopped replying to all messages and even deleted a message on Facebook, after a frustrating and upsetting week went into the salon and rebooked but then was told I made her ’uncomfortable’ after I went in there and she cancelled again! Received £15 refund after asking numerous times and threatening to go to trading standards!

Pastels is a lovely salon with a calming atmosphere where I feel comfortable and made welcome by all the friendly staff. Natalie has been my hairdresser for a few years now and I wouldn't go elsewhere. She is highly skilled and professional. I always leave feeling amazing

Natalie did mine and my 3 bridesmaids hair for my wedding day in May. Our hair all looked beautiful and it held well all day. Would thoroughly recommend for wedding hair.
