Disgusting. They locked my van after I was taken away in their car, and then said that I must have lost the keys. How can I possibly lock a van and lose the keys, when I’m not even there?

The food was pretty good and the kids loved the swimming pool. However the evening entertainment was a bit strange.Hotel room with en suite toilet was clean and room service was excellent. It even has its own professional photographer which surprised me but I had a portrait taken and I was over the moon with the results.
