Great customer service from Nelly.Nelly assisted me in choosing the right watch for me.I had a budget in mind but with Nelly's assistance I winded up spending an additional £800 on a watch I am really happy with.Well done Nelly.

Today I Went to buy a watch, I spoke with Phillip" I told him what I was interested in

Rohan was exceptionally patient and helpful, a real gem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a timepiece.

I went to the store to place an order for a ring. After talking to a sales assistant, she took my details and promised she will contact me and bring the ring in the store, from another store. She did not call after 1-2 days. I called and talked to another colleague. The 2nd colleague did not call as well. I talked to a 3rd employee after 3 days, she called to say the other store is not responding to emails and she will try again. Never got another call. I called again like the 5th time, no updates. Super bad customer service, will never try again.

I went there yesterday to get my new Rado watch strap adjusted, the lady who was in the counter did not even look at it, and said we don't have anyone here to do it today

This is a fraud place. I bought a watch in this store 14 days ago and they charged me 30 pounds more than the original price. I found out until I saw the bank bills. And I went to the bank and enquiry the store for four times, every time the store manager said they will call back, but no one ever called. The bank said the goldsmiths staff did this fault! Anyway I have to report this to relevant agencies. So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! Update：I called their head office and they sent me the receipt from store, it showed was goldsmiths ’s fault so I got refund now. Still don’t recommend any one buy anything here, the store manager did not do anything to help customers.

Came in here to look for wedding bands and were initially served by a lady (didn’t catch her name!) who was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Nelly then took over as the first lady was learning the systems. Nelly was lovely, knowledgable and again, nothing was too much trouble! She polished my engagement ring too :)! Overall a lovely lovely experience and I left with my wedding band that day and my fiancé had his delivered to our home the following day- great service!
