Having tried several of the companies offering similar services I have to say that CCA have been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them - they have done a great job for me on several occasions and have always been honest and fair achieving great results

I sold a car at one of CCA’s auctions and found the whole experience to be straightforward and professional. Communication throughout was great. I was also impressed by the marketing leading up to the auction, I was seeing my car in all sorts of places on the internet.The sale itself was impressive. The auctioneer didn’t rush the car through, as in some auction houses, he gave the sale of my car all the time it needed to reach its maximum price.Payment was transferred into my bank account within the promised time scale.This would have been a five star review if they were able to take my car into storage prior to the sale, I know of a few auction houses that can do this, and it saves having just one specific day to deliver the car to the auction. I understand that this is not possible for an auction house that hires a venue rather than selling from their own premises, but it will be a factor to consider when I’m looking to sell another car.

Bought a car from these a few weeks back. Turns out the car was stolen, tried to resolve the matter with the owner mr. Whale who perceived to completely ignore my calls. !!!THEY SELL STOLEN CARS!!! Do not use

Sell stolen cars then hand the phone up after the sale beware. Why not take more time trying to resolve the issue instead of reporting your reviews to Google, which they will not remove clearly as they’re legitimate. Yes, the numbers match the car is a ringer hence matching numbers. If you’d of put as much effort in trying to resolve the issue than ignore we wouldn't have got to this point.

If I could rate it as Zero, thats what they deserve! Selling stolen vehicles, making a profit out of other people's misery and loss of hard earned belongings - should be closed down!

Simply fantastic service throughout.I had my late father's car to sell at a very emotional time, Richard was my point of contact and offered myself and my mother constant support from start to finish and guided us through the process. The level of profession and personal contact was superb, he talked me through step by step and no question was regarded as too trivial.The auction was very well laid out and more than achieved the result I hoped for. I'd also like to give Alan the company photographer massive credit who simply highlighted the car in a way I never would, very talented guy.Highly recommend the whole team, if I could give six stars I would.
