Absolutely brilliant service. Given the short notice I was blown away by what they did. Took down and re-erected all the beds, got a massive, cumbersome sofa through a tiny door ( I still have NO IDEA HOW) and reversed down a cul- de- sac! wow! Hence we were able to relax on move day and leave it their capable hands. The guys who moved us were able to give advice, they were polite and courteous and had a brilliant sense of humour (remember sugar for the teas next time lol!) which really helped to get the day going in the right direction. Could not recommend more highly... they were genuinely my saviours xxxxx

Kirtley Removals stepped in at the last minute when we were let down by a previously booked removals company, but next time I'll just go straight to Kirtley! They provided a fantastic service from start to finish. The movers were friendly and professional and did a brilliant job moving all of our belongings safely. Highly recommend Kirtley Removals 10/10 service from all staff. We were let down by a few other removal companies in the area and were recommended Kirtley Removals by a family member. They came out and gave us a quote and were able to tip some bits that we were not taking with us to the new place. Thank you Adam and the team :)

We were really impressed with the service we received . The 3 removal men were on time polite friendly and worked hard and provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made our first move in 45 years go without a hitch. Highly recommend to anyone.

I needed a short notice removal back from storage after the original company I had contracted for the removal and storage proved to be unprofessional. It was not an easy situation removing my belongings from another company, but they had no problem quoting a very reasonable price for the removal, including a detour to fetch a final (hefty!) piece from another address, and accompanying me to get my contents. They took exceptional care with my more delicate pieces; nothing was too much trouble. The turnaround, responsiveness and service were the best I've had in four house moves. Thanks, chaps!

DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I paid a £200 deposit and never even officially booked a moving date as the chain eventually fell through. I purchased another property and went to book a removal date with them and they said I would have to pay the £200 deposit again as I didn't give them enough notice on the previous one and I should be lucky they did not charge me the full amount. I explained I never officially booked a moving date so how I could cancel a date that never existed in the first place, but they just fobbed me off with there T&C's. So I would recommend you never use this company unless you just want to give away money for nothing. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
