This shop is a good place to quickly get some groceries if needed. The produce section is robust and has a lot to offer alongside the meat section which also has a wide selection. The bread and baked goods section can often be a little emptier however with a lot of products sold out at around midday. The rest of the store does stock varied amounts of goods which overall can be used to live on a day to day basis with the prices being cheap most of the time especially with Lidl own brand products.The building itself can be a little cramped at times with the shelves being very close together and the customers filling these spaces in busier times which can make it difficult to shop. Although due to the large amount of self service checkouts there's barely ever a line to leave which is a positive.Outside there is parking which is good for people who are looking to move a larger shop back.Overall, Lidl is a good shop for cheap food and other items though it is problematic with its stocking of some items and its overall size.

Shopped here for the first time last week while on a visit. We spent a large amount and I have been a loyal Lidl customer for years. On my return home I was greeted with a £90 parking fine for the pleasure of shopping in the Dundee city centre store. Apparently the carpark is run by a company that fines you unless you put in your registration number at some machine inside the store!???? Not one of the 4 of us noticed signs in the carpark or inside and no one told us we needed to do this! I have NEVER had to do anything like this in order to shop in a food shop. I understand most car parks have time limits which is fine and which I why I wouldn't generally bother reading them for a food shop as I wouldn't be that long. I know a lot of people will be caught out by this and I hope the loss of customers is worth it for you as a business. If you are going to introduce a system like this that no one would ever expect then you should have the staff inside the store tell you that you need to do this. I won't shop in Lidl again .

Nice place to get all items but sometimes difficult to get all vegetables

Good place to get your food shopping and some homeware items. Free parking as well and of course great prices.

You will get lots of commodities at a very cheaper rate. If you are concerned about money and want to save a few pounds, then Lidl is the best option you have. The place was quite crowded when I visited and the vegetable section was almost empty. Do remember to check the quality of the item before buying, and don't compromise your health over 'cheap' commodities. The customer service is very good BTW. Thanks

£45:00 Parking fine.I will never set foot in this shop again. Absolutely shocked.

DO NOT SHOP HEREI have also received a £90 Parking Charge Notice. There are parking notices saying it is Customer car parking only which I was. I did not see any requirement to enter my registration number, which I would have done. I understand it is hidden in some fine print on a notice somewhere.This is a parking SCAM.

The lack of products available later in the evening is actually laughable. Why stay open until 10pm if you don't have anything to sell? As someone that works later shifts, it's incredibly disappointing, not being able to buy the food you want, at the time you are able.Perhaps scheduling more staff for mid/late evening shifts to stock shelves would be helpful.

Popped in to buy milk but ended up with other tempting items. ... Nice car park .. but you need to know the number of the car to get 60 minutes parking from the machine.
