Our very grateful and sincere thanks goes to Matt at Fixit Repairs, Royston today!! His amazing knowledge and incredibly kind, helpful and friendly service has enabled us to restore and find an enormous amount of precious photos which we thought had been deleted/lost. Matt also gave his time to set me up with a new password - having forgotten mine - and kindly demonstrated how to apply for extra phone/photo storage, including creating and dragging photos from my Google account when trying to create a photo book. This was without doubt a very high level of super customer service. We are so grateful to you Matt. An excellent service from you all, and one which we have pleasure in highly recommending! V Wells

iFixit Repairs in Royston are amazing - Matt was very generous with his time and expertise in repairing my laptop and getting everything sorted for me - am much obliged and would highly recommend - will definitely use again for repairs and whilst there I saw that they have a good selection of refurbished items for sale as well as accessories for mobiles etc.Nice to have a local business to support

I popped in today thinking I needed a new lightening port on my iPhone. Friendly staff looked at my phone and gave honest diagnosis that it just needed cleaning. Which they did and even refused to take any money. Local, honest friendly company will certainly use and recommend to friends. Shame there are not more around.

Had a probem in my laptop. The guy was very kind and helpful to fix it within few minutes. Even he showe me the way to fix it next time.

First time I've used this shop and glad I did. Fixed the hinge on my laptop in no time at all. Had i sent it away it would have been gone for weeks. Would I use them again yes and would I recommend yes , too.

Great customer service, very helpful and informative. I went in with a tablet that had stopped charging. Was shown the problem, the charging port, which needing replacing as one of the tiny metal prongs had broken off. Unfortunately the part was not available in-store but was ordered there and then and replaced a few days later at a reasonable price. I was informed as soon as it was ready for collection.Will definitely recommend iFixit for repairs.I have since returned with another faulty electronic device and was given the same outstanding quality of customer service.
