I am extremely satisfied with this dental practice. Whomever I have seen has been good.....just a shame that over the last say 4 years the dentist changes after a couple of years....would be nice to see a familiar face.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I called for an emergency appointment which was answered quickly and an appointment booked for within 2 hours. Dentist was lovely I was seen straight away and everything sorted and a course of antibiotics prescribed for a tooth infection. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Our dentist Mr Vaughan is absolutely fantastic. Not only is he brilliant at his profession but he is amazing with my children. He constantly reassures them, involves them in the conversations and makes the whole experience so positive that they really enjoy coming. He is such a credit to the team and his patient care is outstanding.

All the staff are so friendly so it makes the visit easier as it's not something I look forward too. My dentist is so patient, he explains everything in plain language and allows you all the time you need to think and decide on any treatment required. Excellent service from beginning to end

I did have a very bad experience with my previous dentist at my dentist. Since then I have moved onto another dentist by the name of Paul, the best thing I ever did. This guy is so laid back, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.

I am a new patient at Mydentist, I had appointment with Annabelle she was professional, knowledgeable. I had a check up appt today, got there a bit early so sat in the waiting room for a bit. I have to say, the customer service I had chance to observe was simply ace. The care and kindness that everyone was treated with, by everyone, was wonderful to watch. They were very busy too, but the atmosphere was great. I almost want to say fun. Remembering back to only a few years ago when this was most definitely not the case.Today I also saw the best dentist I've seen in my whole life, (Annabell?)This place shows how amazing these things can be when people are treated as such and shown respect and kindness.Top marks from me, thanks!

I’m a nervous patient & I am always put at ease on my visits. Lovely friendly reception staff. My dentist Paul Vaughan is excellent, explains everything as he goes along. Keep up the good work.
