A man with dyed hair in black is miserable and rude!!!! Today he was on a video call with someone and when I wanted to pay he was continuing his conversation in foreign language completely ignoring my presence- SO RUDE! In addition to this he doesn't allow to pay buy card below £3, but the other person who works there is fine with payments below £3 - it's very odd as there is no note anywhere informing that card payments below £3 won't be accepted!!!

I could not agree more with the negative comments. The gentleman with the dyed hair should be embarrassed by his customer service. Unhelpful and rude, coupled with a couldn’t care less attitude provided me with my worst experience in a shop possibly ever. If it was possible to give no (or negative stars) this place would get it twice over. I’ll be writing to UPS that’s for sure.

it's listed as an Amazon Return location, but it's not. The guy behind the counter said he didn't know now the machine works, so he couldn't help me. He refused to find anyone who could work it, and asked me to leave the shop. Why do Amazon and UPS recommend this place? it's a waste of time

A lot of products (e.g. cans of soft drinks) are expired. They are a UPS shop where you should be able to drop off a product for return without packaging, but owner rudely refuses to accept without packaging. He can’t fill a form right (when registering with UPS) but he will be as rude as he wants to you if you politely point out any flaws in his shop or himself.

I thought I had lost my bank card and Greatway Grocery Store was the last place I used it. I went back to the store to ask if it was handed in. The shopkeeper went to a lot of trouble checking the camera and till to see when I had entered. I found my card later but appreciate all his effort in helping me to locate it. Excellent customer service 5☆ I would highly recommend this store. He also gave me directions for the tube
