DO NOT USE. I am local and really like supporting local businesses. However I will never ever go back here. They consistently failed to have the picture ready for when they promised it, resulting in numerous wasted trips and inconvenience. Then they charged my partner when she finally collected the frame, despite me having already paid the balance. They have said they will process a refund. Overall an appallingly unprofessional experience.

Really brilliant service here. They went the extra mile to frame a water polo hat which I got as a gift for my boyfriend. The man in the shop recommended a lovely blue mount to bring out the white on the hat and he got it done much quicker and better value for money than other places I visited. The style and finish was exactly what I wanted.

I've had some lovely pictures framed and have bought pictures too here. They have a great selection of greeting cards as well. I am extremely pleased with the service and would recommend them for a professional finish for framing

Cannot recommend Brockwell Art services enough. Jim is such a lovely man, and not only helped me find the best value framing option and changed the cover from glass to acrylic to make it safer, but actually brought all of the extra bits over to help me hang it and very patiently showed me how to do it properly. A Herne Hill gem.

Wonderful service. We had a variety of different sized images that needed framing and Jim found a frame for each image. He even drove to our showroom to deliver the finished pieces. A real family run business with absolute care and attention to detail.
