Great experience selling my house through Chamberlain Evans. I was pretty clear that I wasn't sure that I really wanted to sell when I first started conversations, and I really appreciated to chance to talk to someone openly about the process and price with no pressure or hounding afterwards to get my place on the market (as other estate agents did). When I was ready to press go, things got underway very quickly which was great. Richard was always helpful, approachable, professional and his knowledge of the local area is second to none. Extremely happy with the service and had I not left Oxford, would use them again!

We have recently sold or rather exchanged contracts on my deceased brother-in-law's house in East Oxford. It was not an easy sale because of the state of the property and the complications of probate, family interests etc, but the two Richards were very understanding, patient and professional throughout the process. They undertook many viewings and went 'above and beyond' to ensure there were no problems with the vacant property, and to keep us all informed, as we were not local to Oxford.
