Just Travel Cover
Purchased this insurance policy for our holiday and activated the smart luggage, however unfortunately for us we were not covered for delayed baggage, because we didn't notify them within half an hour of them not coming off the carousel-personally we were more focused on looking for our bags and finding someone who could help us, damaged baggage or cancelled flights. Absolutely terrible serviceWould not use again.

Very poor customer service. From initial contact till now, over a month, still waiting on our claim being resolved. Just Travel us only an agent they don't handle your claim. Made a claim on 5th July and still not had any compensation. I'd avoid this company at all costs. They are quick to take your money and reluctant to pay out any claim.

I had great difficulty with your SITE as no matter what i did the Password generated did not work and I could not access my Policy BUT you sent it all by POST so that is now OK

This is the second time I have purchased travel insurance from JustTravel Cover. The first earlier this year was a single trip policy and the latest was an annual policy. Both times I arranged the policy through JTC's call centre. This time I dealt with Dionne. She was very helpful and explained he options very clearly but also did so in a very humane manner. When you buy insurance, you buy a promise and don't know how good the product is until you have a problem. Dionne left me confident that I have the right product with the right people.
