Throughly recommend Goulds Green Cattery. My cat Sushi recently had her first holiday here.Micheal and the team took great care of her, and clearly know that every is different. They were patient, worked at her pace and respected her needs of being talked too rather than stroked!Though a little timid, she had a healthy appetite and drank plently of water showing she was comfortable in the excellentlymaintained pen.The facilities were modern, well kept and clean - which further highlights how much care and attention Michael and team put in.I've booked marked Goulds Green Cattery as the place to go when I need to be out of town as I trust them to take good care of my cat.

My cat told me she had been very well looked after here and would be happy to stay again sometime! Clean, light, airy, spacious pens and very friendly and helpful staff. When I collected her she was sitting in her 'bedroom' looking very contented.

Wondeful experience from start to finish. I left my two cats Pepe and Loli with the cattery prior to a move abroad. Michael and his staff were a pleasure to deal with and the cattery itself was clean and modern. Michael took care of all the handover for the move seamlessly, kept us fully informed of how the cats were doing and let us pop in to see the cats before they moved. They were both very well looked after and happy during their stay.I picked the cattery using Google reviews and I wouldn't hesitate to add my voice to all of the positive comments and recommend to anyone needing a temporary home for their beloved pets.Andy

Our Biscuits loved her stay at Goulds Green Cattery. We were kept updated about how she was getting on throughout our time away. She was well fed and entertained and we came back to a very happy kitty! The whole process of booking the stay was really easy. We dropped off our cat with Sam, and although I was initially nervous about leaving her, I was instantly put at ease by Sam's friendly demeanour. Thank you for looking after our cat so well :)

I brought my 14-year old rescue cat to Goulds Green Cattery. She had a rather smelly “accident” on the way, but I was greeted warmly by Michael Jupp on arrival, and he told me he would be happy to deal with her soiled carrier and blanket.I was most impressed with the cabins. They are purpose-built, and Michael is rightly very proud of them. Each cabin has a heater, sleeping places, litter tray, and scratching post. They are divided into 2 parts by a door with a cat flap. Each cat has a history sheet, which is filled in daily, recording things like eating, toileting, and even mood!When I collected my cat, her carrier had been cleaned and her blankets washed, dried, and folded. She was clean, healthy and alert, and obviously comfortable in her cabin. Because I have a slight disabilty, Michael put her in the carrier for me.My cat was obviously well treated, and I would have no hesitation boarding her with Goulds Green Cattery again!

I left my cat here recently whilst I was on holiday. My cat is a very nervous type, and so in the past, we have relied on neighbours to check in on her when we were away. This meant less stress for the cat, but this time round, we opted for a cattery as she has since developed several health conditions that needed close monitoring.The rooms are spacious and very clean. They were also very quiet with minimal external noises. The cats we saw there when reviewing the cattery were happy and playful.Micheal, Sally, and Sam were all very understanding and accommodating when I provided detailed instructions regarding feeding, night lighting, and overnight radio to drown external noise (not needed in the end).They provided updates and took detailed notes monitoring her eating, drinking, pooing, and sleeping.My cat also has troubles using the litter box for pooing, so I know they must have had to clean up after her, but they didn't mention or complain about this.They also kindly replaced the batteries in her nightlight and allowed me to collect her early the following morning after my flight landed late on the collection day.My cat didn't want to leave when I collected her and seemed in good health. The team do a great job, and I would definitely recommend/use them again.

Highly recommend this cattery, all the staff are clearly animal lovers and we are confident that our cat is being well looked after and cuddled while we are away. The pens are spotless, warm and modern and they even put a chair in for our elderly cat to help him jump up to his sleeping area ❤️ All the staff are great, can't recommend highly enough.

My cat stayed at the cattery in October 2023. It was the first time I was leaving her at a cattery, so I was a bit anxious about it. However, there was good communication with Micheal prior to her arrival and a friendly interaction upon dropping her off for her stay. The cattery was clean and warm, and I think she was looked after well.

The communication with Michael was fluid and kind which gave me a good first impression which was confirmed once my cat stayed.I left my cat for two weeks and she is the type of struggling to adapt.Sam received us. She was so lovely and understanding.I was able to stay a bit with my cat at the beginning to help her to settle a bit.I had videos updates and messages. I could see she was well taken care of.I recommend this place!
