I remember that bar was very old fashioned, but it's the most popular in the area. Good service and good beer anyway.

One of the best and most comfortable small Bar's in the whole of Ireland with friendly Barstaff and great clientele, the craic it flows and the atmosphere and ambience is relaxed and just sheer good Craic!!!

There are no young people in this bar, it is for the hard core local's. they even have an electric chair in the smoking area. if you speak your mind you will get thrown out. Still waiting for the coffin ships, crop pie lie down. other than that you can talk shite with the bar man as long as you don't get real. and rock his boat.not for free thinkers, go with the flow. like to pretend that all shades of the community can feel free as long as you don't point out the obvious, like that monstrosity up the road in clough, nevermind annalong

Absolutely loved this wee place. And the pints of Guinness were the best we've ever tasted! The landlady was an absolute gem who made us feel as though we've known her our whole lives. Such a quirky little pub and I'd image it to be full of characters on a busy night!
