Always get my keys & watch batteries sorted at a branch of Timpsons. Good service at this one in the Lower Earley/Asda centre, regardless of who is working that day. Well worth buying the lifetime watch battery replacement if you plan to keep the watch for more than one battery! Keys are usually a good match and work first time.

Snapped the barrel on a key - took to Timpsons (Asda complex lower earley) who were able to find the best match and make a new key. It fitted 1st time. Excellent customer service no fee, “try it and if it works come back and pay” About to return to pay and get more keys made. If you enable your staff to make decisions they do amazing things.

Spare car key for an old car with immobilizer? Definitely, go there first! He will come to your car in the car park and find the solution for your problem there. Sometimes the first attempt is not successful with the clone chips but then he can order to the genuine one! With my Honda from 2001 had to go there twice, but before that it was the third Timpsons what I had visited. Excellent service!

I took in two pairs of shoes for repair late on Friday afternoon and hoped that maybe one of them might get speedily repaired in time for my week away. The assistant was discouraging - Saturday's are very busy and the Saturday guy may not have the chance." He also suggested that it wasn't worth repairing one pair
