Went in yday 13/1/22 to do a trade in which I was asked to do by Vodafone customer service, to me the minute I opened my mouth the manager of the shop didn’t want to know and expected me to drive to another store to do my trade in, absolutely horrible customer service in my opinion and won’t be bk in the shop for nothing.

Store closes at 5.30pm I arrived at 5.10pm I said are use closed the reply I got a was I suppose we are we just cleaned the floors. Also a smoke break must mean close the shutter. Won't be open for too long at this rate
