Absolutely delighted with the new made to measure wooden shutters from this great independent local business in one of our bedrooms. Great service from start to finish, and made to feel like a valued customer.Was concerned that we would need to remove the current blinds and take down the curtains prior to fitting. However, Sayed (who fitted the shutters) said that we wouldn't need to worry about that as he would remove the old blinds and the curtains could stay up! Despite ordering the shutters over the summer holidays, they arrived earlier than anticipated.I have no hesitation in recommending Shaded Interiors, and look forward to using them again in the future.Thank you Omar and Sayed :-)

We have been using Shaded Interiors for a few years now, for at least 10/12 blinds and also bespoke curtains/rails. The service Omar provides is superb. He is very calm, relaxed and will take all the time you need to decide on your requirements. Omar is a measure three times/cut once guy" so the quality is there from the initial survey. New beige box Black Out Blinds for the kitchen are brilliant. During the hot weather, the room kept cool but let the light in.Previously the 2 Roman Blinds in my bedroom were greatly admired. I love them.

We were so impressed with Omar and his team from the moment we enquired as to the type of window covering that would work best for our conservatory to the measuring and matching of a difficult pattern throughout by Ahmad, the fitting and readjusting to our exacting requirements. I may have been an unlucky one. We first ordered wooden shutters for all of our windows back in September last year and confirmed with Omar they will be installed by mid-November. This was important as our house was being re-built and we didn't have anything on our windows. After taking the deposit, Omar told us there will be delay by more than 2 months due to supplier issues, something I would have expected to hear before placing the order.We then asked if he could install temporary blinds as we have 2 kids and were travelling from overseas so needed something for the privacy, which he had agreed. However, the quality of the blinds were very cheap and I ended up replacing them with Ikea blinds (which costed no more than £4 each).We were then installed blinds for our summerhouse and living room. We now have an issue with one of the skylight blinds which sags, so when we asked Omar to remediate the issue, he kept promising to fix it and after numerous follow us, there has been no response.Although, they provide good prices, Omar is extremely slow in responding and after sale service is lacking, unfortunately.I have attached photos of the current problem.
