I cannot recommend enough this company. I moved into my new house last week and everything went very smoothly. I had to change the day of moving last minute and they found a way to accommodate me. They were always very reactive on my emails and requests. They also took great care of all my items and were extremely nice. I cannot thank them enough. The price is also very competitive. A big thank you !

Friendly and efficient! Price was nearly half of the other quotes I got, and the removal service exceeded my expectations. I couldn't do a card payment because of an issue with the payment provider that they use, so had to do a bank transfer instead.

I used Mimik Removals for my last move. Excellent communication from Maya during the quote process put me at ease. They were very flexible when dates changed which was much appreciated.The service on the day was great. Chandra was friendly and professional and ran a tight crew. These guys were excellent!! Very prompt arrival, got to work efficiently with moving my furniture out of a first floor flat to go into storage. They very carefully stored everything perfectly and handled the furniture as if it was their own. Very friendly, very courteous and I will definitely be using them again! By the way, the admin and organisation of my move by Joy was also very professional. It's absolutely wonderful to see this level of service.

We are very happy with the service. The guys arrived on time, worked efficiently, moved our stuff quickly but safely, drove a long distance with no delays and were very polite and respectful. Highly recommended.

The day before we were due to move the lift broke down in our block of flats, we contacted Mimik Removals and they made us feel at ease immediately and found a resolution in no time.On the day Chandra and his team were polite, courteous and did everything they could to make sure we were supported in our move. They were so upbeat it calmed our nerves and had us excited for the move ahead. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for the move and were timely and efficient.We didn’t get our keys until 4.30pm but this wasn’t an issue for Chandra and the team who assured us that the time wasn’t an issue which really helped us.When we got to our new house I was disappointed to find the previous owner had left a bunk bed attached to the wall meaning it would cause an issue moving in some beds. Without hesitation Chandra removed the bed from the wall and took it down for me. I was so grateful for the help and support.We will definitely used Mimik removals when we next move and will also make sure to spread the good word about the team. We used Mimik this week to move our house, i would thoroughly recommend this team to anyone wanting this service. Once you call, a quick video survey can be arranged(which saves time), i had a quote back very quickly and they were able to move me in a few days notice. The team on the day were punctual, polite and very hardworking. They moved everything with no fuss in their immaculate Van. I shall be using them again. Thanks to Joy and Maya in the office.

Brilliant team, both in the office and the movers themselves. The office staff were lovely and very transparent when getting a quote etc. They made easy work of some items of furniture we were worried wouldn't even fit into our new flat. They were extremely competent, and it was clear they were professional movers. Can't believe how quick and fuss free the whole thing was. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you so much, the best moving company we have ever experienced (and we have moved a fair bit), we would definitely recommend.
