Nettlebed Farm Holiday Lets

We have stayed here twice this year - both times in the middle barn. This is an exceptional place to stay. Absolutely exceptional. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. Welcoming extras included a selection of preserves, tea, coffee, milk - and a bottle of bubbly! The underfloor heating, including the downstairs shower room, was most appreciated. It was -2c outdoors on our first night - but very comfortable in the barn. It was so quiet too with the 3 barns being WELL away from the village lane. Oh, and a large smart tv which was very easy to use. I can’t thank Toby and Wendy enough. Both stays went without a hitch from booking to departure. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at Nettlebed Farm Holiday. Toby and Wendy were great hosts and there were lots of little touches in the barn which went the extra mile, like local honey, jams, Prosecco, to umbrellas and a torch for late night walks. The Barn itself was really well kitted out, clean and perfect for a few days retreat in the countryside. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Fantastic and unique property and fabulous hosts. Spotlessly clean with all mod cons.We stayed in lodge number 1 (of 3) overlooking open countryside.Really peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days.Close enough to Southampton and Portsmouth without being too close.We never got a chance to explore the local area due to other commitments but what we did see was very nice.I would thoroughly recommend Nettlebed Farm if you are looking to stay in the local area.

We’re currently frequenting Nettlebed Farm whilst undergoing house refurbishments and we could not rate Toby and Wendy highly enough! The barns have everything you need and are fitted to the highest standard, whilst kept exceptionally clean. The hosts are also on hand should you require any assistance. We even bring our cat with us (who also rates it highly - he loves the underfloor heating)!The bed is extremely comfortable and the location is beautiful. Milk and local honey is provided as well as all the essentials - smart tv etc. We highly recommend Nettlebed Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat - we always look forward to our weekends there!

We had a lovely stay at Nettlebed Farm. The barn was lit up in all Christmas decor and absolutely stunning. The facilities were great and the little add-ons such as bubbly, coffee and tea, jams were a great touch. Thank you for a lovely stay

Just returned from a lovely stay at Nettlebed Farm In one of their Barns. It had everything you need plus more. A beautiful setting very quiet with horses, we also saw quite a few deer, a woodpecker, squirrels and heard foxes. It was close to local amenities for food and petrol. Lovely area to explore and was good for us to meet up with family in Hampshire. Also very good communication with the owners.

We spent a lovely week in Barn 2, immaculately clean and modern, lovely linen, comfy beds and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's very quiet and peaceful but short driving distance to other places. A nice field to walk the dog, horses to say hello to, a meadow with butterflies, bees and deer and lots of lovely villages / Market towns to explore. Hosts made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

We stayed with Toby and Wendy this week for a few day. They are fantastic and friendly hosts. The lodges are amazing and located in wonderful setting, surrounded by fields and horses. The lodges are well equipped and kept spotlessly clean.

Absolutely stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice. The lodges are beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, we slept very well and were very cosy in the evenings thanks to the underfloor heating. We appreciated the little festive touches that made our stay feel very Christmassy! Will hopefully be back very soon.

Toby and Wendy's farm was the absolute perfect spot to set up basecamp for a trip into Winchester for the Christmas market. An immaculately presented property, in lovely surroundings, with incredibly welcoming hosts.Thank you so much!Our dogs didn't want to leave!
