We went along today to find the perfect wedding dress for my daughter. From the moment we arrived, we were made so welcome and as if we were the only people there. Daniella was superb and made my daughter feel like a princess. We had driven from Lymington and it was well worth the drive

We went on the sample Sunday to the botley bridal mill and had the most amazing experience here. We had a lady named Daniella help who was fantastic from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable and helpful with everything. I will 1 million % be recommending here for any brides to be after my amazing experience!

Had a fantastic appointment with Melissa - thank you for listening so carefully at what I liked and didn’t like when pulling dresses and accessories for me. It was a fun morning! I actually didn’t end up getting a dress from here but there were so many beautiful options and it was a really close call between a dress here and another boutique. I would definitely recommend The Bridal Mill for those looking for a lovely dress within a great budget range.

Beautiful dresses & lovely people!Had such a great time finding my wedding dress at The Bridal Mill. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous as I didn't really know what I wanted but felt completely comfortable from the start! I tried on many different styles which was so helpful and ended up finding the dress that I loved which Liz picked for me, the lace was so beautiful I knew it was the one!My dress needed a little bit of alteration once my size was ordered which was also done amazingly well and really helped that it could all be done within the same place.Thank you so much to everyone at The Bridal Mill for making finding my wedding dress so lovely and such a special day with my Mum, Sister and Niece that I will treasure forever :) I am so grateful and would definitely recommend! xx

I visited The Bridal Mill to buy my wedding dress. From the moment, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. moved my appointment to the downstairs fitting room as my Nan couldn't climb the stairs. After having already tried on a few dresses, I had a certain idea in mind and happily chose a few dresses to try on. However after listening to my comments, Danielle went and found a dress she thought I would like. I immediately fell in love but I had some reservations about certain aspects. I was given options how I could alter it and wasn't under any pressure to commit. In the end I went away and made an appointment to go back a few weeks later and tried on the dress again. I new it was the one and placed the order. Throughout the process I was kept informed of how long my dress and veil would take to come. The boutique is beautiful, the service was amazing and I loved my dress and veil so much I couldn't wait to put them on and wanted the day to last longer just so I didn't have to take them off. Thank you again ladies, my experience was just magical.

For a whole host of reasons I wasn’t particularly looking forward to shopping for my dress but I am so, so pleased that we chose to visit the Bridal Mil. The boutique is beautiful and Liz was AMAZING! Right from my first appointment she made sure that I was entirely comfortable with everything. She listened to exactly what I thought I wanted, making suggestions of dresses she thought I’d like whilst also fielding comments from my guests. When I started to get overwhelmed Liz was so calming, getting a fan and bottle of water and ensuring I took all the time I needed. In my heart I knew I’d found my dress but chose to take some time to think and to keep an appointment at another shop - this wasn’t a problem at all, there were no pushy sales techniques!I had my second appointment today to try ‘my’ dress back on; again, nothing was too much trouble. When I ‘said yes to the dress’ Liz took my measurements extremely sensitively and again made the appointment such a nice experience.Big thank you to the whole team.

I cannot recommend The Bridal Mill enough! The idea of trying on wedding dresses actually petrified me and I had worked myself up to believe that this would be the most stressful part of wedding planning! As soon as I entered The Bridal Mill I was made to feel comfortable and my nerves started to ease! I picked out a couple of dresses that I thought I would like but actually were not right for me at all! Then Danielle pulled a dress and, although it was a fair few sizes too big and blush, she knew it was the right dress just not the right colour! After trying it on it sounds cliché but I knew it was the one! The service was amazing - I would recommend The Bridal Mill to anyone who might be feeling a little nervous or self conscious because their experience and expertise is second to none, they knew what was right for me to feel amazing on my wedding day!Thanks so much Danielle and Team xx

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for the first time for my wedding dress. I was dreading it as I didn’t want to hate myself in every dress that I tried on but much to my surprise, I had the most amazing time and fully enjoyed my appointment. Michelle was absolutely brilliant, listened to every comment I made about each dress I tried on and she ended up picking out my dream dress that I said Yes to! So happy. I couldn’t recommend this boutique enough. Thank you xx
