Pizza Hut

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut since like 2009 I have to say, I really feel like this place has stayed in that year.It’s a shame, but the toilets are filthy, the restaurant itself looks very unclean and rundown. That was, unfortunately my first red flag.We were persuaded to use the Pizza Hut app which I have to say is one of the worst designed apps for a restaurant that I’ve ever used. I work at an IT company and have worked in the IT sector for the past 15 years. I was struggling with the app that UI is not friendly at all and it took a bunch of tries before we gave up and just walked up to the staff bar to order.We made an order, sat down. The food came quite quick. The problem is half of our food was mucked up. My pizza was made incorrectly. Our starters were made incorrectly and we straight up, just got provided the wrong starters. (They did compensate by giving us those starters that they gave us in for free and the ones we actually ordered so that was quite nice. I’d rather have just got the food. I did actually order to begin with, but I did want to add that, just to be fair)I have to say the pizzas and the food in general was absolutely nothing to be excited about. The food had to be one of the most mid experiences I’ve had in a long while. It really wasn’t terrible but it was definitely not good. It was just serviceable.Like I said earlier, the place feels like it still stuck in the mid to late 2000’s the one thing that isn’t stuck in that time. Is the price. The price was ludicrous for what you get. This is why I was a lot more critical of the food after eating because after eating one of the most bland bits of food I’ve had to then be charged over £100 for a few starters and mains was definitely not great.I was expecting to get mid food for a mid price.But nope, it was a lot more expensive than a lot of other places I’ve been that has better food better atmosphere (not a filthy building) and cost, not nearly as much as what this place did. it is a real shame because I used to love Pizza Hut.All in all, I feel like this place is somewhere that has not adapted to modern times. It feels old.Feels like walking into a blockbuster or Toys “R” Us. It just feels like something that won’t be around for the next 5 to 10 years.The problem is, there are other places that do the same thing, but far better for a cheaper price. They really just isn’t a reason to come here with everything else on offer for dining out.I will say the staff were very friendly and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They were doing a good job.The problems not with the staff. The problem really is with the business itself. It hasn’t adapted evolved or modernised itself in pretty much anyway.I feel like if I played my trip in 2009 and this year in 2023 side by side on a TV, it would look exactly the same.An absolute shame and disappointment, I was really upset.Overall, two stars one, the service was good and the other one because well not great. The food was serviceable. I don’t enjoy saying it because Pizza Hut was a really big part of my childhood and I loved it. It just feels like it’s a product of its own time, and it’s stuck in that time when everything else has moved on

First off the staff were very nice and accommodating.Qr code ordering is fine but impersonal.The food is really REALLY bad. It’s just so tasteless and unloved. When you are charging 15/28 pounds for a pizza im afraid you need to deliver something half decent.There’s nothing good about the food in Pizza Hut. Reduce your prices to allow the public to cope with this or serve better pizza.I used to love Pizza Hut. Trading on past glory

This is a decent Pizza Hut. It is close to rival McDonald’s and opposite both the car park and the cinema. It also has a gym to the rear, the car park has a four hour limit, so time it well, an hour here needs three and a half in the gym working it off.As a Pizza Hut, it is a nice cosy one with good views of the cinema queues.I would avoid the garlic bread as it was too dry

Quiet weekday lunch, we had the buffet. Pizza was freshly cooked and very tasty, salad bar was plentiful. We went for the All-in buffet, which includes unlimited soft drink and ice cream machine, as well as the pizza and salad bar. It was very tasty and shouldn't have eaten so much, but it was good.

Well I booked a table over the phone with Liam on 3rd October for 7 people which included a baby that required a high chair. Got there today to be told that no booking was made, and that they will see what they could do even though it was pretty empty.Eventually was told that they can fit us in, and then was told abruptly that it is card payment only, which I replied that's fine. Literally had only been at the table when a waitress came up and asked if we were ready to order, which we said no we are not ready as only just sat down.Food was okay, salad area very messy especially the dressing pots.Staff very miserable

We booked a table just in case as the kids really wanted to go. Kids menu is good value for money with salad, side, pizza, ice cream and drink for £7.99. We also had the even bigger sharer for the rest of us.Ordered online from QR code on table. Only feedback would be we waited a while for the dessert to come.

So this pizza costs 15 quid.. nmeanwhile the second photo is 10 quid from franca manca… surely the point of these chains is to make it cheap for families… absolute rip off for basic pizza… this kind of thing shouldn’t even get close to 10… you can go to get beaut artisanal pizza for under 10 quid in a way better environment… lessen learnt

We came here for the buffet lunch at about 2:10pm. Most tables were cluttered and dirty from the previous customers, only some were available and clean. All the bowls under the salad bar were very dirty and we had to ask for a plate for the pizza. The pasta was all gone and didn’t get replenished and neither did the sauces provided at the salad bar. However the pizza was good and the staff were lovely.

Came for lunch today last minute didn’t need to book. Met at the door by friendly waiter who explained the menu and how we could order, then sat us to our table.Impressed instantly. Very attentive service, checking if food ok and manager came over to ask the same. Buffet food was freshly cooked hot and very tasty. Lots of variation.Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I am ashamed of this immoral and inhuman act. I and my family and the family of my relatives whom I invited to eat pizza, and after paying the account, we went to eat pizza. Each person took two pieces and some, and after we returned to the renewal, we did not get pizza because they left us only pork and meat pizza, and we do not eat anything but cheese or vegetable pizza. When I asked them, they did not renew, and after my insistence By ordering from more than one employee, they were delayed for more than twenty minutes after our appetite was drunk
