Fantastic ServiceI recently suddenly became homeless and although had plenty of friends where I could stay for a while needed to find somewhere to live very quickly due to work and other commitments. I approached the team at Threshold who were very helpful and empathetic. They listened to my needs and quickly came up with the perfect home for me. The service was quick and professional and i was settled in my new place within a matter of days which meant the world to me. I would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and if needed would definately use them again in the future. I would just like to say a very big thank you to all the team.

Thank you so much to Corey for his amazing, efficient and friendly customer service! He has been with us from start to finish! Corey went above and beyond, he gave us advice, picked up the phone even late in the evening, we experienced some delays with our solicitors but Corey liased with both sides, chased them up etc even though his job up until the offer acceptance had finished by this point, nothing was ever too much! He would get answers for us right away and keep us informed of any developments regularly! If it wasn't for him we'd still be waiting for the house! thanks again we would definitely use again in the future, 5 star rating from us!!!

Used threshold twice and would definitely use them again. Excellent service and communication. Harleigh is extremely efficient, she has updated me throughout the process in her usual helpful friendly way.

Disappointing admittedly not all their fault but the experience wasn't the best. They are offering properties that landlords charge their minds about renting so I think they need to be more rigorous about making sure the landlord is serious about renting the property before waisting people's time hopefully there was a financial penalty for this landlord. Offering properties that were not vacant for months so I think they need more knowledge about the properties before Offering them, they just need to be more professional.On the positive they are easy to communicate with very responsive to emails. Always kept in touch and were very approachable.So I would say everything thing taken into account they are average not the best but not the worst.

When I moved into their property I didn't know the letting agent I used was not the one managing it and I somehow ended up with Threshold. But they were sort of ok so I didn't mind... until I moved out of their property. They promised to stop all my services (apparently part of the service they provide) and confirmed it was done, but the only service that was stopped was the council tax. my utilities were not stopped and I wasn't informed of that until two months later when i was contacted by my water supplier. So I decided to also check with my energy supplier who had also never been contacted by them. And because they did not bother getting my final meter readings (unfortunately i did not have access to it myself), the final bills I had to pay were based on estimates.Also as other reviewers mentioned, you would be so lucky if they respond to your emails. I remember having to go to their office personally a couple of times to get payment receipts i had requested by email.I really recommend they treat their tenants better especially if they're not problem ones.

Myself and my partner have recently bought our first home with the help of Corey through Threshold Sales and Lettings. The service we received was second to none; consistent, professional and reliable. Corey was only ever a phone call away from any questions we had. We thank you for making our first house purchase so easy, and would highly recommend them to others. ☺️

Only letting agency I will use from now on, after having fantastic service through out renting a property through them and then going on and buying my first house. very professional and friendly staff. I work away a lot and long hours, so most of my contact were out of hours, customer service at its finest! Had the pleasure of dealing with Corey for the sale of my house. He used his knowledge, experience and contacts to sell my house within 6 weeks! I was very sceptical when it came to moving home but his absolute professionalism and confidence put my mind at ease from day one. He's always on hand to answer any questions and nothing is too much trouble for him. He has also helped me source a solicitor and mortgage adviser, both of which have helped with the whole process. I would very highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I used Threshold Letting agency when I decided to live alone, privately during my final year of university. The handling of my request was phenomenal and I was quickly after contacting them, in my future-flat viewing it. The team is well organised and kind with no major hick-ups at any point during my stay. I was always well informed about anything that needed doing in the flat, and I was always able to receive an answer from my emails. If I stayed in Swansea any longer, I would, with no doubt, still be using their service.

Would highly recommend and would definitelyuse again without any hesitation. Corey sold my mums house , we had viewings within days of being on sale with Threshold and a subsequent offer the following week. It was a very difficult time for myself selling our family home but Corey showed a lot of empathy and caring and dealt with everything, he was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him.
